Mickey's Christmas Carol

Post by Spottedfeather »

I was wondering what the best version of Mickey's Christmas Carol would be to get. According to the research that I've done, the version that's on the Disney Treasures set, Mickey Mouse In Living Color Volume 2 is in widescreen. Is this so, and therefore the best version to get ? Does it have the entire end credits that I've read are lessened on other dvds ?
Think about this. Once bread becomes toast, you can't make it back into bread.

Hey,

In all honesty, the Treasures version is the only one I have seen (aside from my old VHS). The quality is really good, its DEF in widescreen, and from what I remember, there is making-of material for it... I would get it if I could afford it!

The Treasures version is indeed the best.

Well WDT release is the original presentation as it was shown in theaters. So if you can get Mickey Mouse in living color vol 2 then go for it, it aslo as has making of documentary about it. But with that DVD you will also get the last few Walt Produced Mickey Mouse cartoons from 1939-1953 and the two other modern Mickey Cartoons i.e Prince and the Pauper and Runaway Brain. I highly recomend the set.
Der Fuehrer's Face is the greatest Donald Duck cartoon ever made.

I agree with what has been said, the Treasures version is the best release. Plus you get other Mickey shorts with it, so not bad.

For the first time, you can have dinner with Mickey and friends in their Mickey’s Christmas Carol costumes at Disneyland Resort: https://wdwnt.com/2025/11/new-returning ... -holidays/

I’m a sucker for these kind of things.
