Most anticipated Disney movie of 2025

My heart is glowing to see Wicked: For Good at the top.

I don't know which Disney movies will appeal to me to watch but I know which one I will not be watching. That is Zootopia 2. I didn't realize how problematic cops were when the first one came out but my friends have educated me on them and I will not watch any movie that glorifies cops now. This is not an American thing but a global thing. Cops are corrupt in every country in the world. There are stories everywhere online and I will not whitewash their image now by supporting these fake films on them.

SnowWhite being on this list while Zootopia 2 isnt makes IMDb totally believable! (*lies).

The only beautiful masterpiece im REALLY looking forward is this Noxus Arcane spinoff, my god i didnt expect the Animation to look even more breathtaking than Arcane! This is LITERALLY a Lisa Keene type of moving concept art! Arghh DRIVELESS WDAS WHAT R U WAITING FOR COPY THIS STYLE IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Im not kidding when i say this is literally the most beautiful and breathtaking Art style medium ive ever seen. No more Rapunzel Unbraided throwback sobs. THATS the new standard.

Friendly reminder that im not a League of Legends person and probably never will be, but WOW they manage to present its World and its characters so effortlessly.

Literally HOW is it possible that a standalone studio can create something like this, for like  8  40/50ish minute episodes with such high quality?

Tbh i only found out of it the second the Trailer just found out and im so happy it comes out this year already!

Well, that's a good sign for Zootopia. The first film was massively successful, but I almost wondered sometimes if it's a sort of forgotten or diminished property somewhat like Tangled just going by how there's seldom much energy around the film and I know it never did well as far as merchandise. But Zootopia was always a film, just like Frozen and Encanto, that I walked into expecting to hate and ended up loving. And it makes more sense to see sequels with this thsn Moana, Frozen, or Encanto really.

Because the first one sucks, and hopefully people will actually realize that.

Seriously, I consider it to be in my top worst movies ever made, and I normally love these kind of movies and do truly like the Oz series, even the Disney made ones. This is honestly just some of the worst material that I’ve ever seen in my life, so cynical, with this version of Glinda honestly being the worst main character that I’ve ever seen, and the thing with her name is just so horrible and pointless, and it disturbs me to say the least, just how people give flack towards Disney and other companies and movies for supposedly making and doing “pointless” things with their movies, and this is literally as low as you can go with this kind of thing. And the whole joke with the goat mispronouncing her name is so pathetic; it easily could’ve and should’ve worked, but instead it comes off as being racist and offensive, being like “ha ha we’re making fun of you because you talk funny“! Just plain, pathetic, with absolutely nothing likeable at all, regardless of the talent of potential involved, that even takes away things that could’ve and should’ve been good about it, but it legitimately makes me worried as to how and why anybody can possibly like it……

Like I said, even. For the record, I actually consider some Disney movies to be even worse than wicked: 2011 Winnie the Pooh, a.k.a. Winnie the Spoof. Seriously, just look at how owl, rabbit, and Kanga portrayed in this, let alone Roo which literally hurts to think about and not only because he’s my favourite character, but it’s downright disturbing what they did to him. (hint it’s a certain reaction he has towards what they should do towards a certain character, of which character is also portrayed like an idiot and wanna be a dumbest thing I’ve ever seen in any movie, which is more than pretty much this entire movie) the wild, but I think pretty much everybody else agrees with me on that, and even flubber, which BTW, it was one of the very first movies I saw in theaters, and movies are more than pretty much my entire life to say the least………

But if I may ask, you do/can see why i and others have issues with it? I’ve actually never seen the original stage play or even read the original book that it’s based off of but either way, like I said it’s some of the worst material that I’ve ever seen.
So much so that it even actually feels like a parody of Oz, and not in a good way. I’ve already stated above a lot of the feelings that I feel, and I can’t help but feel that a lot of people seem to like it because it’s different, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s “good”. I myself have also gone through similar kinds of things in what they are portray here, and I must say that it either doesn’t feel or seem right or they’re not doing a good job of making it clear even if I overall know what they are stating if you get what I mean? And believe me, I’m actually quite shocked by how much I hate this, because the previews looked so good and like I said, I’m normally a huge fan of this kind of thing, it’s the main kind of things I look for in movies in fantasy, the commentary and kinds of themes. They are overall talking about, and even the music. Again it just feels very misguided with literally absolutely nothing about this movie or the overall material that I like about it. and I honestly for the life of me can’t see or understand how anybody can actually like it, with it seemingly only being because it’s different or because you don’t really understand how this kind of thing is, which is not very helpful when your main protagonist is portrayed that way and when most people are probably gonna decide with her and or the other main protagonist doesn’t do enough to stand out or really make anything of a difference, so that way, even if you side with Elphaba for example, subtly/subconsciously you’re more likely going to act like and find yourself agreeing with Glinda, because that’s unfortunately how people are……
