Hi RB, you are doing some EXCELLENT work! Please keep it up, and as far as I'm concerned you can post all you want! I visit this site often and it's good to get an update on your work. Glad to see someone other than me appreciates the way Disney used to be, even down to their original covers
dumbo and the fox and th hound are also available now. i did some good improvements to the colour on the fox and the hound. it was always a project that i put aside but im glad i finished it.

Hey there. I got the pinocchio file but i think it will take some time to restore that gem back to the original masterpiece(or classic, whatever makes mroe sense )
I found some pictures on ebay a while ago, I guess the pinocchio classic was reprinted because the scan you sent me has no isbn code on the back. also the packaging on the original is different. i think robin hood and pinocchio were made in the mid-80's with the inserts built into the clamshell(correct me if im wrong) but the one i found is a normal white clamshell with an insterted, paper artwork. have a look...
You are absolutely correct. On my copy of Pinocchio, the inserts are sealed in plastic. The earlier Disney videos were manufactured that way. Later editions featured the normal clamshell casing. Pinocchio was released in 1985 at $39.95. The price was later lowered to $29.95 in 1986 when sales were lower than expected. That may have been when Disney went to the more familiar clamshell casing with removable inserts. Overall, any copy featuring the original artwork is rare-only 500,000 copies were ever manufactured!
Hi people. I know i said i wouldnt post so many new threads anymore so ill just post the news about my custom dvds in this one. I recentl finsihed Bambi and The Rescuers Down Under, thanks to the help of DisneyKid and Nathan D.
They're both available, among the rest of my finished customs at my website. The download page is up and going again too.

thanks sweetie xx
i hear ya. thanks for the compliments, i really love yours too.
i find in all the new disney mvoies, the art is so flat. in the original movies, there's texture, beautiful colour and pure originality.
not looking forward to the bambi sequel, what a way to ruin a Classic.
