At this point an early September date for the new trailer is looking likely.

Re: Wish
I’m so excited for Wish. Finally, a new graphical style from Disney
I’m cautiously optimistic and getting used to how the movie looks like but so far, the story is already feeling like a classic Disney movie, before Lasseter made the “Buddy-Roadtrip” formula the norm in the studio. I like the design of the world, really feels like a medival setting perfect for a Disney Animated movie. I also love the design of Asha, she has a very unique hairsyle for a “Disney Princess”-esque character. Can’t wait for the songs in the movie, already loving “This Wish” previewed in the teaser and D23 Expo. Also can’t wait for the full trailer coming soon.
Favorite Things Right Now:
1. Kpop Demon Hunters (Movie)
2. Superman (Movie)
3. Devil In Disguise by Marino (Song)
4. The Fantastic Four: First Steps (Movie)
5. Monster Hunter Rise (Video Game)

Re: Wish
I'm very excited for the movie as well. Between this and Encanto, I'm very glad that WDAS is taking a break from the "buddy/roadtrip" formula as well.MoonMarc21 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 28, 2023 9:40 pm I’m so excited for Wish. Hoping today we get the trailer, I mean why would they wait until the Disney event? They can release the trailer this week and in the Disney event talk about the movie anyways

Re: Wish
My best guess for when a trailer for Wish will come out is on Destination D23 which happens on September 8-10. They say that there will be some trailers for upcoming Disney+ shows and movies and theatrical movies and Wish will have a special presentation there, but it’ll be fine by me if we got it earlier.

Re: Wish
I love those poster(s). Funny how the first one has almost all the M&C films together--TLM, Aladdin, Hercules, TP, TP&TF, and Moana.

Listening to most often lately:
Christina Aguilera ~ "Cruz"
Sombr ~ "homewrecker"
Megan Moroney ~ "Beautiful Things"

Re: Wish
Sanjay Creates always makes really nice fan posters of new Disney films. I agree that by the time September rolls around that the marketing for Wish will be in full swing.MoonMarc21 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 30, 2023 6:15 pmI agree Disney's Divinity.Disney's Divinity wrote: ↑Wed Aug 30, 2023 2:25 pm I love those poster(s). Sanjay Creates is marketing this movie well with these posters than Disney themselves.
But I do think the marketing will skyrocket once we're in September all the way to the movie's release.

Re: Wish
Wish has been added to the Disney Awards website, though nothing but the teaser trailer and the official synopsis are featured there for now. However, the logo is a bit different, and is that the runtime below? I don't remember if it had been revealed or not.

Re: Wish
If the 1 hour and 45-minute runtime is true, then the movie might end up a tiny bit longer than Frozen and Encanto by a few minutes. Though this does make me wonder why WDAS hasn't made an animated film over 2 hours yet. After all, Across the Spider-Verse is over 2 hours long.

Re: Wish
The runtime on the Disney Awards website has been updated. It seems the movie is a little shorter than it was first announced. Perhaps, the former runtime was an approximation or just a placeholder.

Here's also some new artwork from a couple of videos with associate production designer Griselda Sastrawinata-Lemay and art director Bill Schwab, who have created two pieces of artwork for the campaign Disney Create 100.

Re: Wish
Maybe the previous runtime included the short by mistake and they updated it to the movies' real runtime. Either way, an hour and a half is a perfectly fine runtime. Also, I really like the artwork that was posted, hopefully more will be posted as the months leading up to release go by.
