I'm very exited by this announcement! I didn't see the Immersive Van Gough experience, but I did see one made by the same company for Da Vinci and it was spectacular. It was over this past summer and it was a mix between a museum, art gallery, and movie attraction.

It was divided into sections with the first two being set up more like a history museum with displays of Da Vinci's art, designs, and even full scale models of his designs. It also dove into the history of the man and his whole life. It all culminated in a room that played music and had projections all over the walls, pillars, and floor that told a more in depth story of the exhibit you had just walked through. It ran on a loop that was probably 15-20 mins long, I don't remember exactly but I was swept up in it for at least 3 of the loops. I absolutely loved it and I'm really looking forward to this new experience!

Depending on how this turns out, this is something (I think) Disney should consider making a more permanent attraction somewhere at the parks. Maybe in Disney Springs somewhere.
