Your favorite Disney character?
What the title says. With so many films, we all like *many* characters, I'm sure, but I'm interested if you have one favorite character that rises above all others. I know my answer is obvious and I think I can predict one or two other posters' answers of course, but it would be interesting to see what everyone's answers are.

Listening to most often lately:
Taylor Swift ~ "Elizabeth Taylor"
Katy Perry ~ "bandaid"
Meghan Trainor ~ "Still Don't Care"

My favorite of them all is definitely Snow White. Sweet, innocent Snow White. I shudder to think what they'll do to her in the remake.

If it's not baroque, don't fix it.

I’ll go with Snow White too. I’ve just adored her from the first moment I saw her. She and Cinderella and Aurora make my top 3.
In fact, Snow White is my My Disney Experience avatar. My boyfriend’s is Aurora. My f** hag’s is Lady.

Gurgi!! He's adorable, but he also has a growth arc that I like, being so fearful to being the bravest creature out there.

Mine is Maleficent, and I have to admit that she's become part of my personality haha. So much so that some friends call me Malefijeff now, Jeff is my real name and I got no cents...
I have a decal on my car, a large collection of Maleficent memorabilia, and I've even performed in drag as her.
Overall any Sleeping Beauty character makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside, but outside of that movie I also love Pocahontas, Ursula, and Quasimodo.

Re: Your favorite Disney character?
You know, it's funny, I searched for another Favorite character topic and couldn't find one. The only things I saw were a favorite "new" character or the Favorite Song/Moment/Character threads, even a least favorite thread, but not a favorite one. Surprising, I thought it would've been one of the most repeated things over the years, but no, not in this section anyway?
Obviously mine is Ursula. The next that one comes to mind most often is Megara. In a way, I think of Megara as being sort of what Ursula would be like if you translated her personality into a "good" character or a lead instead.

Re: Your favorite Disney character?
Blackcauldron85, I never realized Gurgi had an arc! So there is more to him than I thought!
Interesting to think of Meg as what Ursula would be like as a good guy. I can't see it really, but I think you would know more than me, Divinity.
I think everyone expects mine to be Cinderella. Well...you're all right! Lol. So, why? Well, when I was a kid, I always loved her. The Fairy Godmother was my favorite character at first, because she was magical, I loved her wand and hooded cloak, and I liked her sweet, loving, befuddled, but no nonsense, get-to-work, revenge on Lucifer personality. I even dressed up as her for Halloween! I think even my first! But Cinderella has now taken the top of my favorite characters, and now I'll reveal why.
I always loved how kind and caring she was, and her warm, soothing voice totally endears me to her. Plus, she gets a little sarcastic and playful with Lucifer, even getting revenge on him! And I always liked how she seemed in control of the things she could, like the house in the mornings and being allowed to go to the ball if she had the right dress. She actually was brave pushing to go to the ball, I realize now. Her stepmother could have beaten her or kicked her out, maybe? I dunno. Anyway, now she is my top favorite because she does something very important: she never gives up on her dreams. That inspires me to do that, too. Oh, and I love Cinderella's design and clothes, lol.
