Better Continuation: Frozen II vs Tangled: The Series

As Frozen II Sucks to say the least [And that’s even being generous saying that], Tangled the series a.k.a. Rapunzel’s tangled adventure even though I haven’t actually watched it yet. Seriously, I truly love everything Frozen that they’ve done [even though I currently still haven’t seen some Of the very recent short Disney+ Stuff] and Frozen II is in my top three biggest cinematic disappointments of all time, even though I can happily say that it is at least better than The absolute horrible abomination that is Winnie the spoof a.k.a. 2011 Winnie the Pooh; if you’ve actually seen the movie, you Should not need any further clarification on this let alone why are you and everyone else should be thinking how awful it truly is and it’s not even because of the fact that it Destroyed/took away 2D animation from Disney.

Seriously, how could the same people that made the first one [let alone one of them being the Director of Tarzan for crying out loud?!] Have made the second one so horribly convoluted, Contradictory and just not feeling like Frozen At all unlike how literally all the other Frozen media, even including once upon a time season 4 and Lego Frozen Northern Lights Truly feel like they naturally continued the movie and stay true to his spirit let alone characters and the overall essence of what Frozen Truly is? I mean come on Anna why are you overly freaking out and being so overly paranoid about Elsa when you did not act like that in the first one with the steaks were way more drastic and personal, especially let alone the events of the first one [Elsa froze An Entire freaking Kingdom for crying out loud, I think she’s more than capable of protecting herself EH?], Not to mention that it Always truly gives me a headache just trying to begin to comprehend how Iduna ended Up in the glacier?

Needless to say, I truly consider Lego northern lights and Even once Season 4 to be truly more canonical then this abominable mess #OUATS4isrealF2

I'd have to say Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure considering I didn't like the film much at all and they managed to surmount all that baggage. Thankfully the Cher-looking Gothel is removed and there's heavy development to Eugene to make him likable, then throw on music that isn't restrained by dumb directors like in the film and new, interesting characters that are closer to equal with Rapunzel (Varian, Cassandra, Zhan Tiri). Whereas Frozen II was merely what I had expected, a satisfactory follow-up to a great film even when fairy tales don't lend themselves well to sequels, the Rapunzel show had to work from the ground up to make something entirely new and was surprising and exciting for it. Sort of like what Ralph Breaks the Internet tried to do with WIR by basically dropping almost everything from the first film and doing something else, but actually working.

It's actually a fun comparison considering the Tangled series is one of many properties both at Disney and outside it that imitate Anna and Elsa's dynamic with one another to some degree with Rapunzel and Cassandra. Except here, both characters have powers (eventually); I had always thought Frozen II could turn out to be a story of Anna having unconscious fire powers she didn't know about.
