G'day. I'm Robyn and I'm 19.
I had seen Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Dumbo and a few Mickey Mouse shorts all dubbed in Chinese when I was about 8 years old (have yet to see them in English!) I also remember had a lot of The Little Mermaid merchandise even though I had never watched the movie before!
But yeah, I guess from there I've always enjoyed Disney.
My favourites are The Lion King, Pocahontas and Mulan. I'm also fond of Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin (the PC game was great too!

Hey! I'm Joe and I live in England. I was born in 1988 and I am currently a sixth form student. I'm studying English Literature, French, German and Philosophy and Ethics (that's one subject, by the way).
I've pretty much always liked Disney movies. The first movies I ever saw were Sleeping Beauty, Alice in Wonderland and Dumbo, which I still love.
The first Disney movie I saw in cinemas was Cinderella when it got rereleased here in England in 1991. I then saw Beauty and the Beast, Bambi, The Rescuers Down Under, Snow White, Aladdin etc in cinemas, and I also saw them later on on video, along with practicly every other Disney animated film.
Disney films were fun as a child, but like many, I began to lose interest in Disney at around 10 or 11, although I did like Mulan, which came out when I was 10.
Cut to 2003. I'd seen Beauty and the Beast, Monsters Inc and Aladdin again earlier on in that year and I thought they were great, yet I'd not become accostomed to the old Disney movies. I thought I'd go on a cynical rampage on the old Disney movies with Sleeping Beauty, The Rescuers, Cinderella and Peter Pan all out to get bullied, but guess what? I loved them and now I'm here praising the old Disney movies! Ironic, innit?

I just have to say I am truly amazed that we have a forum like this with so many different cultures, but the same interest: Disney. It's great to see the differences in global english and the very good english of the foreign members. Good job you guys! I'm glad you are able to understand us and put in the effort for us to understand you!

Hi, I know I've been around for a while but we've never been properly introduced! How y'all doin'!
I'm 19 and iam currently at college studying art.
I live here in old blighty (that's the U.K to those of you who are unaccustomed to insanity) in a city called Blackpool, the Las Vegas of Europe!
Anyway as a kid I loved Disney I had Fantasia, Snow White, bedknobs and Broomsticks, Mary Poppins, Beauty and the Beast, Lady and the Tramp, Pinocchio, The Jungle Book and Robin Hood on video and I would literally watch them all the time and draw the characters (well trace them from the front of the covers).
Over the years i kinda lost interest until 2000. And it's all kinda thanks (and i probably shouldn't admit mit this because it'll probably make her feel above her station) to my sister (a pox upon her)!
Anyway when she decided to get married she decided to do it in Florida. She had the wedding at Cypress gardens (on the way back she needed the toilet so we stopped at a gas station for her to pee and the dress was so big she neede two people to help her through the door
, now we're even! I complimented her, now i've slapped her with all the force of a wet kipper).
anyway while we were there we obviously went to the Disney theme parks and that was that from that day forward I've loved Disney, espescailly the animated films although recently i've been getting into some of the older live action films!
Well i guess that's about it for now!
