The two types of Mickey cartoons I enjoy the most are the ones with Donald and Goofy, like Alpine Climbers, Hawaiian Holiday, Clock Cleaners and Mickey's Trailer. It makes room for a lot of dynamics and ideas.
The other is the one with fantastical elements like Mickey and the Beanstalk, Lonesome Ghosts, Brave Little Tailor and Thru the Mirror (the first two having Donald and Goofy again).
What most of them have in common is that they were made at the Hyperion studio.

All of you guys listed some great ones. I have quite a few favorites, most of which have been listed already but one that is missing is Mickey's Birthday Party which I absolutely adore. I love how the gang is all there...well, almost. Just missing Daisy sadly. Really wish she could have been there because I think this was one of the last times we saw Clarabelle, Horace, and Clara Cluck all together with Mickey and the gang and one of the rare few occasions in the more modern animation style with color. This is pretty much the end for them so it would have been nice to have a classic short with Mickey's original friends from his black and white days, plus the "new" cast including Daisy.
