Yes, it does looked very cheap and rushed, but I'll get it regardless.

Why would I want 2 copies of anything?
I've double dipped many times. I just can't stand not having the "best" copy of something.

I will probably give away my other copy in this case, as it will be exactly the same.

I wonder if they are releasing this new PotC 3-disc set to promote the DVD release of King Arthur, another film produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and starring Keira Knightley...

I think it's disgusting that Disney can offer an extra disc for Pirates (I'm not a big fan), but they can't offer one for their Platinum Gift Sets, when we all know Disney have loads of quality unused stuff in their vaults (even if they just port everything from laserdisc releases and/or TV specials from the time).
Most of my Blu-ray collection some of my UK discs aren't on their database

Usually I dont mind double dipping but this is just redicolous. Disney wont get my money. And I agree with 2099net, why cant we have extra discs in the platinum edition gift sets for example? This is indeed disgusting

I am a big POTC fan and can't not get this. I will sell my new copy, but I have to have the third disc. I just wish they would have repackaged the whole thing.

Huge POTC fan, but I refuse on this one.

That's one of the problems, people keep "having to have the best" only gives Disney an excuse to do it over and over again.

I don't know if I'd go as far as calling it disgusting, but it is certainly not that unusual. POTC has made the most money for th studio in the last year, so it is only natural they will milk it for all it is worth.

It is hard to be digusted by anything - they are just round and shiny discs.

But after having slept on the idea, I don't think this is the "best" possible edition I could crave.

Okay you are now oficially an addict. You might want to start out by introducing yourself to the group and admitting you have a problem.

That's a Disney Movie Club limited time thing. You can check the DMC forum to see if anyone's posted a picture, which they might have. They're two different images depending on your angle, I believe.
