I have been collecting most of the classic live action Blu Ray releases via DMC. However, I have started putting most of my collection on a digital storage platform. I was curious if any other fans have purchased any of these via iTunes, Amazon, etc and if so, what is the quality? Those I am particularly curious about are
20,000 Leagues
Third Man on the Mountain
Emil and the Detectives
Almost Angels
Darby o’gil
That Darn Cat

Re: Classic Disney films/ quality on digital services
Hi, I haven't downloaded/purchased any from amazon, vudu, etc.
However, if you have the Hoopla app, which should be free for you with your library card, they have over 200 disney titles, most of them Walt era, some touchstone, etc. But I believe every movie you listed is availble for "rental" there so you might be able to get an idea of what they look like when streamed.
I believe Amazon will also notate if the movie is in SD or HD, etc.
Good luck.
