A question regarding Disney D23 Expo Program
I'm planning to visit Disney's D23 Expo next year and something that I wonder, when does DisneyD23 Expo usually launch their program? I'm curious about the program, if there will be some exciting events, to make it worth going there. Unfortunately I haven't really payed attention of when Disney usually launch their program.
Re: A question regarding Disney D23 Expo Program
Disney has just revealed the dates and some little info about next year's Expo. I've looked it up and last year news on some of the panels started appearing around April, but the complete schedule wasn't revealed until June. I guess it will be similar this time.

Re: A question regarding Disney D23 Expo Program
Thanks for your reply. I've would've of course preferred if Disney revealed the whole program now in August. Don't tickets for this event get sold out really quickly?
Re: A question regarding Disney D23 Expo Program
Judging by the articles I've seen, they don't get sold out so quickly. Last year the tickets went on sale one year before the convention (like this year), but weren't completely sold out until the day before the Expo. The Saturday-only tickets, though, were sold out a bit earlier, a month before.
As for the schedule, some panels take place every time like the Disney & Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and Disney live-action presentations, or the Disney Legends Awards Ceremony. But I agree that they should reveal the schedule earlier, at least for the main events. Especially for the people who want to buy tickets for one of the days only. How are they going to know what day to choose if they don't know which events take place each day?

I know, right? I agree with your latter statement.

Re: A question regarding Disney D23 Expo Program
Thanks, but I'm not sure if I'm actually going. I'm just going if there's anything interesting on the program.
Re: A question regarding Disney D23 Expo Program
Ah, OK. We'll see what they have prepared for this next convention. I'd love to go too. Right now I don't see it very feasible, but maybe one day.

Re: A question regarding Disney D23 Expo Program
You know what? I actually asked D23 Expo on their Facebook about the next years program, but their response was (unsurprisingly enough) vague and sparse. It was just about to keep checking for updates and such.
Re: A question regarding Disney D23 Expo Program
I guess they can't reveal anything until it's officially released, but at least you've tried.

Questions about Disney D23 Expo 2019
Sorry for starting a post that was similar, I had simply forgotten that I already had created one with the same question. But I'm just wondering, what reputation do Anarheim have? Is it a safe city and are people usually friendly over there? Thanks.
Re: A question regarding Disney D23 Expo Program
Anaheim/Disneyland area is safe.
It's a tourism area, so within that Disney bubble you should meet lots of friendly people.

Where's the rest of Elfego Baca and the Swamp Fox?

I'm pleasantly surprised they have a panel on, of all things, "Fun and Fancy Free"! I'm going to go to D23, cosplaying as Willie the Giant!

Re: D23 Expo 2019
Bill Farmer is going to be there, too, as he always is. He has two panels, one with just himself on Friday (which I will try to do) and one in the big main hall with several other voice actors including Tony Anselmo, Bret Iwan, Jodi Benson and Linda Larkin. Unfortunately, that is on Sunday, which I will not be able to do, as I will be going home on Sunday.
