Yeah, I'm going to bring up this error to my RTV teacher and my counselor as it is coming up for me as well. Actually, on Monday had some technical difficulties. A mic was not wired correctly and the software skyla was being mood. Actually, I'm gonna e-mail him right now.

Not only can you listen to me, but you can watch me. I'll be on the air or in the studio central time Monday's from 4 to 5, Wednesday 3 to 5 and Saturdays normally 12 to one. I also prerecord my voice to air at 6 to 7 am central time. Tomorrow's voice tracks had a lot of songs I tied to Disney. There was a song called Stockholm Syndrome and I might have mentioned Beauty and the Beast. Lot of Disney stuff on tomorrow.

Oh, and had an epidural last Monday. It's beginning to work. Yipee!

Bout that...nope. it's no longer working

Physical therapy said they believe my hip is out of alignment and that's why my hip is hurting differently than my past back pain.
No amount of epidurals will fix it. In physical therapy to help get it back in alignment and I have to stop being physically flexible which is why I have to give up taking my underwear off without taking my shorts off like I did on the tonight show with jay leno

This Saturday there was a softball game on so, I wasn't on the air exactly. I mean I was there on the video looking like I would have enjoyed watching paint more than that sit around lol. This week is spring break, but I may go in to do some extra credit stuff. We'll see how it goes.

Regarding my back, I have to stop being super flexible. No more pulling my foot all the way up to my head and I have officially retiered taking my underwear off without taking my shorts off like I did on the Tonight Show. Even given up being so flexible I can reach something in the back seat of my car from the front seat as well. Fingers crossed, but seems it may be working..

Well...I hurt like hell. Had been doing good..... but had a car ride to Saint Louis this week and I'm hurting like living hell.

I did get my MRI results back, and found out I am suffering from Spinal Stenosis. Going for another epidural on Tuesday, so hopefully it will help this once and for all.

Well...had an epidural 2 weeks this coming 2 Tuesday. The doctor targets L5-S1, lower than he's ever went before...and it's working. It's actually working this time...Stress that I've been living with since end of October is gone...doing pt exercises and oh boy, here come the tears of joy and relief..
