Btw, I know it’s unlikely for a children’s show, but is it possible Menken could be nominated for an Emmy if something from the Tangled series is any good?
glad I wasn't the only one who noticed that! There was a background character who looked similar to Esmeralda during the little flashback while the King is talking to Rapunzel (when she's wearing the wig).
gosh yes! for the first time in years Im actually watching the Disney Channel(this, Lion Guard, Elena of Avalor and the Descendants shorts) instead of avoiding it like the plague! This is exactly the type of thing Disney channel needs more of.
Yeah, I'm shocked they gave that away. Extra surprised that MG is coming on the show so early. I was thinking that the gloves were her.unprincess wrote:^I hate that they spoiled that during the ad breaks! what if she's the one who set up the ground spikes?![]()
Agreed! It really did feel like a sequel.Semaj wrote:It's impressive, because for once, this spinoff feels more like they're building up on the characters and the setting from the original, rather than making a cashgrab as had been customary for many past series/sequels.
I agree too. Sometimes while I was watching it I wished they had made an actual sequel with this material instead of a series. But it's actually more suitable for a TV series, and I'm glad it's not a theatrical release because I prefer WDAS to do original films instead of sequels.disneyprincess11 wrote:Agreed! Oh, I love Natasha Bedingfield. And, yes, the lyrics remind me of several her songs. Hopefully I like the song itself. I assume when they say end credits song, it'll play at the end for the entire series?D82 wrote: Natasha Bedingfield on Her 'Tangled: The Series' Credits Song & Why She Relates to Rapunzel: Exclusive Premiere

Disney has been creating live action versions of its classics such as Beauty and Beast. Would you like to do a live action version of Tangled?
Levi: We are staking our claim right now!
Moore: I’m putting that out in the universe!
Sonnenburg: I would love to do a live-action version, if it made sense for the story!
