You're correct, it's not Lily James. It was definitely better than Maleficent, but I just didn't like the whole vibe in the movie. I enjoyed Alice in Wonderland the best as a live action movie so far.
I wouldn't have minded her being named Cinderella from the start, because it's a pretty sounding name and the original animated film made that her real birth name because they said her name was lovely, but I also think her name being Ella and then her stepmother calling her Cinderella is a smart, good idea.
