Who else has notice the Tron poster when Ingrid came to the real world for the first time in 1982?
I immediately noticed it!
I really enjoyed this double episode, too. One of the great things about large ensemble shows is that you can kind of just ignore some of the characters that you don't like. So, right now, I'm totally with the Frozen cast (plus Elizabeth Mitchell) and everything else (except for Emma) is kind of periphery for me.
I have had enough of this show! They are bringing in characters that just don't look the part that they play, and the storyline is being dragged out to the point where I am totally bored.
There are so many characters who are not in the Disney Canon and that is part of the problem, and then they take some Disney characters who were just sidekicks and make them into evil nemises.
Today's (Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2014) Variety reporters have a story that says ABC is thinking about either shortening their season or making this the last season. Ratings are down, and most networks are buying into the fact that a lot of people DVR their shows, so the Neilsen surveys are not as accurate as they used to be, and some networks are riding out this roller coaster season.
There have been cancellations all over the place including "24/7", "Selfie", and many others.
I am not going to be watching "Once Upon a Time" any more.

I LOVE my Blu-Ray Disc Player!
Ratings are only down from the beginning of the season which had two major things going for it. 1. The curiosity of people who hadn't watched the show before, but loved Frozen. 2. The Walking Dead hadn't premiered yet. The fact that this show still gets a 2.3 or more against the juggernaut that is The Walking Dead is amazing. The show is not getting cancelled. I could potentially see them ending the show after next season, but with the spring Maleficent story that will likely bump ratings again I wouldn't bet on it.
As for using non movie characters and changing existing ones from their past animated movies; they have been doing that since, literally, the first episode. To complain about it now seems kinda ridiculous.

^ Exactly, Widdi. The ratings are doing very well this season, especially when factoring in DVR viewings. Also, there's taking into account the money the show makes through DVD/Blu-Ray releases and streaming. The show is definitely not getting cancelled this year. Actually, I wouldn't be surprised to see it last 2 or 3 more years considering how everything else on Sunday is bombing like you wouldn't believe. The 9-10 part of the last episode made more than double what Resurrection usually does. They aren't going to cancel one of the only successful shows they have outside of Thursday nights.
I just hope we don't get the usual drive-bys from this person now.

You are all taking everything out of context. I am not comparing OuaT to any other show. I was just using those shows, which seemed to get a lot of praise from members here when they were announced, and have now failed.
I am just tired of Once Upon A Time, and think that it needs a breathe of fresh air. The show itself is great, for what it does, but I am just tired of all the predictability that has happened on it this season. They have taken the 'Frozen' characters and cast actresses and actors who don't look anything like their animated counterparts and twisted the story so far that it doesn't even resemble who they were and are.
Before you take this all out of context, I know that all of the other actors don't look like their counterparts, so don't say anything about that. I know it is a living show, and they can't make all the characters look like those in the Disney stories, but I am just tired of trying to remember who each cast member is, and who they are related to. It is like one big soap opera, and those that know me, know how much I dislike soap operas.
I will continue to DVR the show because my wife likes it and she can watch it on Monday mornings.

I hope sheappears at the end of the season so shecan dominate season 5. I don't want her to be overlooked for Maleficent and Cruella. I don't know the actress right off, but I'm glad they cast a black lady for the role. Please, OUAT, don't mess it up.

The episode tonight was okay, although it feels stretch out a bit right here. I'm surprised they had Elsa wish Anna and Kristoff there to solve the timeline issues. I expected the reason they were frozen was so they could have Elsa go back and everyone still be alive.Oh, well. Not sure what's going to happen with Hook.
Anyway, next episode could be pretty fun. Those last shots of everybody at the end looking at the camera almost felt like something for a series finale.

What a striking episode! I'm so worried for what will happen to all the characters! But what's with Rumpelstiltskin's bipolar disorder? He's evil, he's good, he's evil. He sacrificed himself (and his father) to save everyone at the end of the 3rd season and now he will ruin everyone's lives for his and his wife's and grandson's, not to mention ruin the lives of anyone with power to free himself from the dagger? WTF? Unlike Regina, he seems to actually be even more evil and slip into it deeper, but after he was trying to be so good before, it makes little sense.
