Honestly, and I hope this doesn't sound like I'm wishing the film bad things, but I hope it doesn't do as well as Frozen. I honestly like that a female-centric film like Frozen managed to reach near the same heights as The Lion King as far as cultural impact, and I'm not ready for that to be forgotten by a new recordbreaker so soon.

While I'm indifferent to your opinion, Disney's boy-centric movies tend to not do as well as the Princesses.

Could it be that the Honey lemon Doll sold out before it was released

I think that they are just planning on releasing all the BH6 merchandise the monday before the movie is released or the actual release date. I've actually heard that they will be coming out with a talking Hiro and GoGo 17" doll.

If I was running DisneyStore, I would want to avoid what happened with Frozen. They've already started limiting merchandise to two per guest (including IP addresses). But then again.... Who ever is running DisneyStore has proved over and over again that they are incapable of running a customer-friendly company.

Also, the situation with these two girls is weird.. They are obviously marketing Go Go more than Honey Lemon, which makes it seem like she tested better with the audience. So why are they still hiding Honey Lemon? Unless they are still producing her merchandise, which doesn't make sense since the doll has a purse from the concept art released a long while ago.

I just want to see parents reacting now. "Oh my god! Everything sold out! How could you do this again DisneyStore??!!" says a parent a week before Christmas.
"Um... The merchandise has been available for more than a month, and you didn't bother buying any before they sold out" says the disneystore.

Sigh . . . I haven't been to the theater since Frozen. Hope I'll get a chance to see this one on the big screen!
