A Fantasia 2015 would of be nice and I disagree that it would be a straight out bomb because Fantasia is gaining tons of fans and it's now included as a Disney classic as much as Snow White or Bambi.

I can imagine tons of Disney fans cheering over the idea of another Fantasia.

Not a new film, but before their recent legal battle, Disney and Deadmou5 were going to partner for a Fantasia concert:

They're not going to do the concert now... This was prior to their legal issues. I think Deadmou5 had put this is his 1,000 pages of paperwork for the legal battle and it made it's way online.

I thought that for a while that they should do a cg Fantasia using all electronic music. Sounds like they were thinking about it, too.

I still don't understand why they can't just put together all existing Fantasia 2006 shorts, create two or three more shorts with new technology like meander and/or CGI and add Claire de Lune as a vintage segment. Now they only have to shoot an appealing framework and, voilà, a prestige Disney film would be ready to mesmerize generations for ages!

Well, one can dream...
