Re: The Disney Movie Rewards Discussion & Info Thread Vol. 4
I keep waiting for Guardians of the Galaxy swag to appear, but nothing yet. I hope they put a poster on DMR. Will definitely get one.
Re: The Disney Movie Rewards Discussion & Info Thread Vol. 4
And for this week' bonus sweepstakes entry, enter in "Ellie".
Also, DMR has another mystery grab bag prize, this time only costing 500 points. Since it's not as costy, I'm hitting this one up, so we'll see what I get.

Boo! Each day I'm logging in to DMR to see if they have any Guardians swag. Five days before release and nothing. Not even a poster. Boo. Anybody know why the lack of Guardians swag? Seems like the other Marvel movies had at least posters available.
Re: The Disney Movie Rewards Discussion & Info Thread Vol. 4
I just got my mystery prize, which is a Tron-themed iPad case.
I don't have much use for it, but when the time comes, hey!

Re: The Disney Movie Rewards Discussion & Info Thread Vol. 4
Guardians swag finally showed up: 3 bobble heads (Star Lord, Rocket, and Groot) and a poster!
Ordered all 4.

Re: The Disney Movie Rewards Discussion & Info Thread Vol. 4
I still don't understand how the US gets such a fabulous DMR and we get such a poop one. . . we only really have the bog-standerd bluray / DVDs on offer.
I suppose I'm grateful we even have DMR, but its a big old contrast to the US one, thats for sure. What are the rest of Europe like ?

Yeah, I ordered the Rocket Raccoon Pop figure as well. I'm definitely going to consider Starlord as well, but I've seen another Groot figure that Funko is releasing that makes me want to hold off on him,Barbossa wrote:Guardians swag finally showed up: 3 bobble heads (Star Lord, Rocket, and Groot) and a poster!Ordered all 4.

I dont think the US gets that great a variety of offers either personally. All Ive ever gotten are Starbucks and Disney Store cards. I suppose if you like to buy alot of Disney dvds/blurays its good...

I wish Disney would sell a battery-operated baby dancing Groot in a flower pot.Avaitor wrote:Yeah, I ordered the Rocket Raccoon Pop figure as well. I thought that as soon as I saw it in the movie! I would buy one of those in a heartbeat, he he!Barbossa wrote:I wish Disney would sell a battery-operated baby dancing Groot in a flower pot.Avaitor wrote: Yeah, I ordered the Rocket Raccoon Pop figure as well. Do you guys think that the GotG poster is the real 2 sided movie poster? It doesn't mention that in the description.

Well, that does seem very likely.Barbossa wrote:I wish Disney would sell a battery-operated baby dancing Groot in a flower pot.Avaitor wrote: Yeah, I ordered the Rocket Raccoon Pop figure as well. Just a heads-up. Get double points for Muppets Most Wanted if purchased in the first week of release. Get 100 bonus points if you bought two of the following:
The Three Musketeers
Bedknobs and Broomsticks
Hercules
Tarzan
The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad
The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad & Fun and Fancy Free
Don't see any bonuses if you bought Disneynature's Bears. I entered my code for Bears, and it gave me double points as well.
The Three Musketeers
Bedknobs and Broomsticks
Hercules
Tarzan
The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad
The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad & Fun and Fancy Free

Looks like the Groot bobbles heads are gone. Good thing I ordered when I did.

Just judging from this thread, you have way more stuff than we get though … just annoying. And yes, I'm extremely jealous !

Received all my Guardians of the Galaxy swag. Someone on here was wondering about the poster, if it is two-sided. Yup, it's two-sided.

I wrote to them on Facebook and they said that it was not the double sided theatrical poster. Hrumph!Barbossa wrote:I can't believe the two-sided poster is selling online for $94!!Barbossa wrote:Received all my Guardians of the Galaxy swag. I have to say that how nice they are at DMR. I'm also part of the Disney Movie Club, where they released the Blu Rays of Hercules and Tarzan two months before they came out in stores. The week those two titles came out in stores, along with Ichabod & Mr. Toad, Ichabod & Mr. Toad/Fun & Fancy Free, The Three Musketeers, and Bedknobs and Broomsticks, they offered 100 extra bonus points when you entered rewards codes for two eligible titles. Since I entered the codes for Hercules and Tarzan when I got them back in June, I figured I was out 100 points for that. Low and behold, without ever contacting them first, they sent me an email saying they were giving me the 100 points for purchasing those two titles! I just thought that was very cool of them.
