Post by MickeyMousePal »

I haven't seen any of these except for Davy Crockett because I have the Walt Disney's Treasure: Davy Crockett.

But I don't think I'll buy it again who knows it's my top pick for now.

Davy Crockett: 50th Anniversary
Third Man on the Mountain
One Little Indian
The Island at the Top of the World
The Last Flight of Noah's Ark
Tex
Never Cry Wolf
One Magic Christmas
Squanto: A Warrior's Tale
Tiger Town
Hans Brinker, or the Silver Skates
The Christmas Star

I've only seen 4 of these movies. One Magic Christmas is a favorite, and I have fond though unclear memories of Tiger Town. Last Flight of Noah's Ark and Never Cry Wolf are entertaining in their own right, too.

Very much looking forward to seeing the rest.

I voted for Never Cry Wolf as my favorite. Third Man on the Mountain is also an excellent movie well worth buying. I picked up the Davey Crockett Treasure, but if you did not I would also purchase the 50th anniversary set.

I will get The Island At The Top Of The World first as I missed the Anchor Bay one and have been waiting for a re-release for ages.
I will definitely buy One Magic Christmas as my second though after that I'm not sure.

I'm pretty sure I've seen One Magic Christmas, but not entirely positive. I won't be buying any of these, though.

Don't know if I will get them on Sept 7, but at some stage I'll get The Island at the Top of the World as it looks kind of amusing, and Third Man on the Mountain is a definite maybe.

Davy Crockett: 50th Anniversary might be on the cards, but I'd want to know if there is anything on there that I didn't get on the Treasure set.

Forgot about them - I'll probably just get the "Stories" one.

I started collecting Disney because I love the animation, and I feel as though I have strayed from that :P

yes, I want the stories one too. I understand, I only collect animated movies, but a lot of other members collect live action disney releases. I personally think it's great, but I just never found those types of movies/tv shows appealing at a young age, so they have no nostalgic value now.
