^Glen Keane would be an awesome idea & it would be a nice gesture from Disney, a sort of way of placating many who were sore about Disneys treatment of their 2d animators & Glen feeling the need to leave the studio.

does he have a studio? I was thinking Glen b/c he has one in Canada(I think) so he'd already have a location & tools to do the work. I cant envision Disney spending a single cent to provide work space/tech to a 2d animator.

I don't hate the movie, I just expected more from it I guess.
I'm still happy for those of you who loved the first movie cause they're coming out with another one.
And I'm always supportive when it comes to a fairytale.
I personally don't think Amy Adams is coming back, and I can see them going through a whole new route, maybe not even involve Idina Menzel.

I am excited for this! I love the first movie and Giselle. I hope all the original cast members come back as well as Alan Menken and Stephen Schwartz. I hope they don't revive Narissa either because she was actually my least favorite thing about the movie. I would like to see a badass male villain played by Tim Curry or Alan Rickman. I also hope they do the animated sequences and have them 2D. And hopefully they don't push Idina to the front line. I love her and wouldn't mind her in a bigger role but come on we all wanna see more Giselle/Amy Adams!
I agree with you 100% Jay! TIM CURRY WOULD MAKE an awesome VILLAIN! AND MORE animated sequences! 10% live-90% ANIMATED! Thats what I want to see! AND Mystical creatures like trolls and songs
I'd love Tim Curry. I was actually talking with someone a few weeks ago and wondered why he had never voiced a Disney villain like other well-known voices like Eartha Kitt, Vincent Price and Tony Jay. I mean, there's Hexxus, who is awesome, but I know not many people like Fern Gully and it's not Disney. They could have Curry spoof the male villains (mostly '90s) this time.
Listening to most often lately:

Taylor Swift ~ "Eldest Daughter"
Taylor Swift ~ "CANCELLED!"
Yes yes yes yes! :3 WE NEED MORE MALE VILLAINS in animation these days! AND TIM CURRY WOULD fit the bill! HE'D be like a sorcerer-LIKE the brother to Narissa or something! AND He would have a side kick-a goblin or a ogre or something! AND HE WOULD MAKE THE AWESOME VILLAIN SONGS! We gotta get them to hire curry
I would love to see Laura Osnes as a new female character (I literally thought that before Enchanted 2 was announced) and Santino Fontana as another prince!
Hmmm... Not sure how I feel about this. I'm with the ones who thought it was dead; I didn't expect to see it dug out of its grave. I loved the original, but I'm not sure if the story really lends itself to a sequel. That, and the writers and director that they have on board don't seem to have very impressive resumes.
Christopher Lloyd could make an interesting villain too...
Though I guess it depends on the villain. If it's a more "Show tunes, over the top" baddie, then Tim Curry is perfect because that man can sing. (Villain song, anyone?)
If it's a more broody bad guy, the Christopher Lloyd could do a very interesting job indeed.
Wonderful news! My only question is, why did they wait 7 years before making this? Did they revive the idea of a sequel only because of the recent public interest in (Disney) fairytales movies (Alice, Tangled, Oz, Frozen, Maleficent, Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast)?
Alan Menken got to be the composer for this one. And they have to bring back Amy Adams, James Marsden and Idina Menzel! And get Marsden and Menzel some songs this time...
Favorite Disney-movies: Snow White, Cinderella, Alice in Wonderland, Sleeping Beauty, The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, Pocahontas, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hercules, Mulan, Tarzan, Tangled, Frozen, Pirates, Enchanted, Prince of Persia, Tron, Oz The Great and Powerful
Probably because after Frozen everyone knows and loves idina now. Its also a way to bring in some hand drawn animation without fully committing to it like a full animated feature would demand.
