He does look better in motion! That wasn't a good picture of him.

The clip had a very Disney vibe so people can stop worrying about that.

Cute teaser. Hiro's design is growing on me.

It's no surpise that Disney are putting "from the creators of Wreck-It-Ralph and Frozen"-tagline. But what about "Tangled"? Haha.

That was actually pretty good. MUCH better than that Frozen teaser.

Did anyone recognize Hiro's voice actor from the few lines he said?

Even though I know it's highly unlikely, it would make me very happy if it was Kevin McHale. I really wanna see him voice a Disney animation.

Yes it's much better than the Frozen teaser. This one at least features the main characters and somewhat the mood/theme of the movie.

And Hiro looks much better in motion. The first still was just a bad picture, that's all.

WAIT A DARN MINUTE.

This movie is coming out February 2015 in the UK? Why so late?

Based on the cast info, it's very likely to be Freddie Highmore.

Wasn't that cast list with Samuel L Jackson, Jay Baruchel, etc, all supposed to be fake?

I think so... It was probably put together by fans of Rise of the Brave Tangled Dragons fans.

cute. I like that Baymax is actually one of those squishy bio style robots instead of something typically mechanical looking.

I was reading the official synopsis of the film:
With all the heart and humor audiences expect from Walt Disney Animation Studios, “Big Hero 6” is an action-packed comedy-adventure about robotics prodigy Hiro Hamada, who learns to harness his genius—thanks to his brilliant brother Tadashi and their like-minded friends: adrenaline junkie Go Go Tamago, neatnik Wasabi, chemistry whiz Honey Lemon and fanboy Fred. When a devastating turn of events catapults them into the midst of a dangerous plot unfolding in the streets of San Fransokyo, Hiro turns to his closest companion—a robot named Baymax—and transforms the group into a band of high-tech heroes determined to solve the mystery.
I think theyre trying way too hard to be "hip". Adrenaline junkie? Neatnik? I hope they dont end up being annoying "hip" kids.

My expectations were sooo low for this film... but this teaser DEFINITELY changed it. It's looking WAY good.

About the late UK release, here in Brazil we get Jan-Feb releases for Disney movies released in Nov-Dec all the time (along with the rest of Latin America). Frozen and Wreck-It-Ralph suffered this. (And Big Hero 6 will not!)

Does anyone know the song of the teaser?

That is a necessary evil the UK (and Malta) must contend with. If you want, this November we can meet up and cry on each other's shoulder. It's good to vent. :-)

Here's the US version of this teaser trailer.

That looks awesome. And that robot is so adorable. It's too bad it won't be hand dawn animation as in Anime style. But nonetheless, that's going to be an awesome movie.

Oh Wade, you and your 3D dislike. 8)

unprincess, I don't think this film will try to be "hip". It's funny you say that because literally every time Disney does a film set in modern days people's main criticism of the movie is that it's too "hard to be hip". Even darling Doug Walker helds this belief.
I don't see nothing wrong for Disney to cut out the romanticized-past movies and do a modern set day film once in a while.

Looks ok to me.

The teaser was a bit too close to The Incredibles teaser. It will do huge numbers regardless. WDAS is firing on all cylinders right now.

oh its not that, I like when they do modern set films... its just the description of the characters in the synopsis is obnoxious, & I hope its just to try to market it to 12 year old boys and the characters dont actually come off that way in the film. It reminds me of the 90s when everything was labeled EXTREEEME!!! to appeal to teenagers.
