I completely agree that The Chronicles of Narnia are allegories, but I don't recall OUAT ever incorporating a story that was originally a religious allegory into the show. I mean, "The Little Mermaid" has religious overtones, but I never considered it an allegory. I always thought of it more as morality tale (with the morality part very tacked on). I suppose if they have used any allegorical stories they weren't as overt as Narnia. That's why I'd have a problem with it. It wouldn't seem in keeping with the show.Disney's Divinity wrote:I know.
