Re: May 2014 movies
The only one that's a must-see for me is X-Men: Days of Future Past.
I might catch Godzilla, The Amazing Spider-Man 2, and Million Dollar Arm depending on circumstances.
I don't like what we've seen of Maleficent at all. I might see it if audience and/or critical reception is really good.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 - I've seen
Million Dollar Arm - I forgot to vote for it but might try to catch it
X-Men: Days of Future Past - Must See.
Godzilla - I'll see this
I saw the trailer for Million Ways to Die in the west and it was hilariously funny. I love how Christopher Lloyd showed up at the end hiding the DeLorean Time Machine saying it was a weather machine.

Re: May 2014 movies
Godzilla's the thing I'm most hyped for out of the whole summer movie lineup this year. Stopped caring about Spider-Man and X-Men movies after the 3s in both franchises, and Maleficent looks terrible.

TBF, both franchises had upswings after the 3s. The Wolverine movies are bad, but First Class is really good and a breath of fresh air from a talented director. Both Spider-man Reboot movies are better than Spider-man 3, with the first one being second only to Raimi's second film in my opinion. It takes a more character-focused approach that makes one actually care for what's happening.FigmentJedi wrote:Godzilla's the thing I'm most hyped for out of the whole summer movie lineup this year. It was cheaply done. It's a first theatrical effort for most companies involved, but Will Finn is the director if that's any interest to you.Disney Guru wrote:Going to try and see:
Might catch Legends of Oz: Dorothy's Return when it hits the dollar theaters, as I am a huge fan of Lea Michele despite the fact that it looks like it was done on the cheap.
