WTF? I'll admit I dont usually watch bonuses on dvd discs due to time issues, but is this what the Disney "making of's" are like now? Did the Lopezes have anything to do with this? WTFFFFF????

as for DW, they're desperate. They just has 2 films that bombed recently & have been scratched off as franchises(Turbo, ROTG), cancelled one for being too risky(Me & My Shadow,) KFP is winding down & all they really have is Dragon(& maybe Croods.) Who knows what will happen with Peabody.

Yeaaaaaaaaaah, this was a huge letdown and didn't explain anything. At least, the huge joke at the ending pulled it off. But, still really fun though.

Personally, I love how this is just blatantly screwing with people. I prefer a joke music video way more than something like what we got on the Tangled bonus features, which really didn't explain anything either, but was still meant to be educational. Besides, according to the Blu-Ray features there's still another, seperate feature called "Breaking the Ice – The Real Making of Frozen" that will probably go into more detail on the movie's development anyhow.

But interesting thing is that by the middle of it, I completely ignored the song and just focus on all the people and work place...
The song might have been bad but I really enjoyed seeing the tour. BTW, was that Idina Menzel sitting at the round table?

I was kind of expecting some fun and witty stuff, but eh....

I'm just wondering if the 3D version in the Fall will have more in depth features.


Also, Peabody and Sherman will do really good at the box office. The last time a big animated movie came out was in November, which was Frozen. So it'll be refreshing for families.

I didn't even care about that because they've done it before with the music video of "Something That I Want". The novelty of a tour/music video has worn off.

I enjoyed the musical making-of, fluffy as it was. Never knew "animators" at The Hat were so photogenic. The brevity of the piece made me expect nothing substantial, but it was a joy to watch. Matching sweater vests, Bell scatting, an anti-climactic end.

I'd have probably enjoyed it more if it had served as the opening act to an ambitious, forty-minute musical documentary in which Gad/Groff/Bell would sing the interstitials in between the traditional, talking-head interviews and behind-the-scenes footage. That would have been quite interesting to watch, and a better gimmick than Disney Intermission. I mean, if Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog can have both a traditional audio commentary and a "Commentary: The Musical!", surely Disney could have done the same by having a teaser musical making-of, then actually produce a full-fledged one.

They could suddenly decide to just release a bare bones 3D version and keep all the bonus features for a diamond edition or something like that. I can definitely see this movie being added to the diamond line, especially if crosses 1 Billion, which it most likely will.

True. It's really sad when you think about it. But why should disney care? They don't have money to spend on insightful and amazing features. No...They do however have money to spend on a useless musical number with repeated lyrics.
