Team StarKid, the team that created A Very Potter Musical and Holy Musical, B@man! have done it again! This time, they've tackled Disney's Aladdin with TWISTED: THE UNTOLD STORY OF A ROYAL VIZIER. A parody of Wicked telling Disney's Aladdin from the point of view of the Royal Vizier of Agrabah JAFAR, the full show can be seen on Team StarKid's official Youtube channel. Here's the video of the full show. (It's also broken up into smaller videos on their channel.)
I haven't been able to watch the full show yet. (My internet is pretty slow...) But I've seen the first 30 minutes and already find it hysterical. Jasmine's characterization couldn't be any more spot on!
You might want to add a warning about the adult language & humor! For once, the show isn't censored so there's a lot more adult material in it than their other musicals.
I watched the full show the other day and aside from some pacing issues (the backstory drags on a bit IMO) I think it's the best Starkid show to date. I loved all the references to Disney and Wicked, and the music ranged from funny and catchy to actually pretty heartwarming.
They also just released a CD on itunes featuring pop covers of the songs. The "90s R&B" cover of the "Whole New World" parody is spot-on.

What's the name of that iTunes album? In the Norwegian store I can only find "Twisted (Original Chicago Cast)" by Twisted Chicago Cast.
A hilarious musical btw, have only seen the opening number so far, but this is something I will watch and I have bought the soundtrack on iTunes^^

I finally got around to watching the end of this. Wow. I really love how they wrapped it up. From the rest of the show, i expected some kind of silly ending, but it was actually pretty touching and surprising. This is a good one. Very original.
Okay, I finally managed to watch the whole show. I loved it! I, too, think this is the best show they've yet to do. (My previous favorite was B@man!) Unlike the other shows, including B@man!, I find myself actually humming the songs. I'd be lying if I said that I found the songs the best aspects from their previous shows--usually, it's the killer dialogue and side-splitting jokes that I walk away remembering. ("Get your broke-ass outta here, Two-Face!")
I think my favorite part of the show was the title song. The Disney Villains all coming out of the woodwork was a complete shock and had me grinning from the second I heard Ursula's intro. And, oh my god, Cruella's role nearly made me fall over laughing. Aside from all that, the song, and the moment itself, was a delight. I LOVE Nick Gage as the Genie! Hysterical. Jafar's reaction to his antics was priceless. The whole opening was wonderful, as was 'The Golden Rule.' The ending was a bit weaker than everything that came before (and I wasn't too impressed with how they capped off Aladdin's role in the show) but nothing's perfect.
All in all, this is something every mature Disney fan needs to see. I guarantee you'll be laughing every step of the way at all the clever references. I want to buy a DVD of the show! As a huge Jafar fan, this gets a big thumbs-up from me!
