Can't Remember TV Mini-Series Special Title?

Post by Swiss »

There was a made for TV movie series about this air flight that goes through this beam of light and all the passengers that were up, saw the light and were transported to some other world. I remember these dark, razor sharp critters that either wanted to destroy or eat the plane. They were stranded in this place, trying to get the plane in shape to fly. I do remember they all get on the plane, and seeing the critters come after them.

I am sorry, I just can't remember it :o

I remember about the Stephen King book and I remember watching the movie on cable a few years back.
I really didn't like the movie in my opinion it was to boring.

It was really good. I enjoyed it, and just remembered it today when I saw the trailer for ABC's LOST. It reminded me of the movie. I even couldn't remember one of my childhood favourite holiday classics recently. I am trying to think of old shows and movies to add to my collection.
