And I can't wait to hear Maia Wilson singing the main parts of Fixer UpperFor the First Time in Forever (Reprise) – The words and melody are just about the only thing this song has in common with its namesake. Anna’s desperate plea to Elsa, this song also features one of the most complex arrangements found on the soundtrack, giving it a haunting and to a professional effect in a way seldom seen on the stage, let alone in family films.

I dunno why Disney is taking so long for the soundtrack to come out. I remember PATF and Tangled had their music released a long time before the movie, giving us a taste of what was to come.
Hey, maybe Frozen will have better music than those two films and that's why they're so secretive about it. Don't wanna commit the same mistakes of before I guess.
Re: Frozen: Part V
Well, last year, The Hunger Games, Life of Pi, Ted and Brave managed to do so, with Wreck-It Ralph coming very close.qindarka wrote:No, it's not safe to say at all. How many non-sequel films do that well nowadays?DisneyEra wrote:So I guess it's safe to say that Frozen will surpass Tangled's $590 worldwide gross right? To me Frozen has to atleast pass the half billion mark. Brave did $537 million.
This year, The Croods and World War Z passed that number with Gravity sure to reach the $500 million mark by the end of this week. So it's certainly not out of the question.

Could it be Sotiris blog on tumbrl?Prince Edward wrote:Question: I have previously seen several links to a blog in the Frozen discussion threads, a blog that focused a lot on Disney and have written a lot about Frozen the last weeks and months, but now I can't seem to find any links to this particular blog. Anyone who knows about anything about this blog I am referring to?:)

By the way, thanks to TheWrap's review we now know that Ciarán Hinds is voicing the Troll King.

Looking back on Frozen's lyrics that were revealed by Stitch Kingdom, I still think that Kristen Anderson Lopez is a very talented lyricist who knows the workings of character and song which is something that is not very easy to pull off. Plus they can be clever, funny, and emotional. Look at the interview she did with her husband for example.
What do you think of her lyrics thus far even if we haven't heard the songs yet?

WOW!
The climax and the Hans' invasion on Elsa's palace will be some of my favorite action scenes from Disney period!

Re: Frozen: Part V
Really Disney? You post the entire damn script after months of being Nazis about any information about this movie leaking?
REALLY?
And now it's probably going to bomb horribly because half of the population is spoiled and the other half doesn't even know the movie exists. And who knows what conclusions these geniuses will come to once it performs terribly at the box office?
Whoever made these decisions can burn in hell!

You know, the large majority of audiences (especially the target demographic) aren't going to care that the movie script is online. Only hardcore cinephiles (like myself) find enjoyment out of reading screenplays and go out of their way to read them and movie studios don't tend to market towards those folks for their big blockbuster releases.Lady Cluck wrote:Really Disney? So, no, them posting the screenplay on a website aimed at industry folk will have no effect on the box-office, I can assure you of that.
On another note, this is the fourth straight thread I've clicked on this morning when you're angry about something. Are you sure you don't need to take anger management classes or something?
Also, to the mods, I've probably asked this before, but I think we should get rid of the angry emoticons, because I think they only inspire such behaviour.
