Question about my digital movies
Disney had a site where I can see my movies I bought on DVD and Blu, digitally on the internet since I bought those movies with them. My question is, since that site went down a few months ago, how do I access my digital movies?

That site is down for good, and there is currently no replacement for it. It was taken down in preparation for Disney Movies All Access, but that project was cancelled (or at least postponed), so you're out of luck for now. The closest thing to a replacement is Netflix, which actually has quite a number of Disney films, and they're adding new classics once a month or so.

So all my digital copies have gone to the trash? All the codes I entered for my digital copies are gone forever? What is the point of buying Little Mermaid with the digital copy?SWillie! wrote:That site is down for good, and there is currently no replacement for it. Re: Question about my digital movies
Are you thinking of Disney Movies Online? They sent me a check refunding all of the money I spent to purchase digital copies of the movies I already owned, like Aladdin, but not for the movies that came with a digital copy, like The Princess and the Frog, and Tangled.
If you got a movie that came with a digital copy and entered the code into DMR and got a message that it was now viewable through DMO, but never actually used that code to download your digital copy into iTunes or Windows Media Player, you should still be able to do that now.
I used my codes to download Windows Media copies, and then my computer crapped out and I lost them. I contacted Disney and they gave me replacement codes free of charge.
To answer your question about what is the point of buying TLM with a digital copy, the functionality is the same, it's just a different provider supporting the digital copy: iTunes, Amazon Instant Video or Vudu (but for a few releases like Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Robin Hood and Sword in the Stone, it was just Amazon Instant Video and Vudu)

Re: Question about my digital movies
What RyGuy said. I thought you were just looking for a site to stream them from the internet. But yes, you should still be able to go and download an actual digital copy through iTunes, etc using your codes.
