check the specs at amazon.com and compare.

off the bat i can see that the commentary tracks are not listed, nor the shorts, theatrical trailers and making of featurettes for both films.

you'll have to determine what's left off of the bonus disc for yourself cause there's just too much to list...

A lot of things arem issing (I got both sets I can tell you :)

First, Fantasia and Fantasia 2000 as separate sets feature more things on the R1 sets, so more thnig to see in the R1 Anthology since it displays the same DVDs as sold separetly. The 3rd DVD "Legacy" is the same though.

More over, you don't have any good insert in the French set and in the Region 1 toy have a 17 page booklet...
But all that is explained on the Utimate Disney review.

To see the diferrence beteween the separate Fantasi and Fantasia 2000 DVd on bot region, use DVDcompare.net
Chandler (to Phoebe, over the phone) : Listen, Joey isn't gonna be here tonight so why don't you come over and I'll let you uh.. feel my bicep; or maybe more...

To be totally, completely honest, I think this set is overrated. There's some great material on here, no doubt, but I just don't really like Fantasia 2000. The only segments I liked were Rhapsody in Blue and the Noah's Ark one with Donald. The fact that half, if not slightly more, of all of the extras are devoted to the film is to be expected, but since I don't think highly of the film these bonus features are of little use to me. Fantasia being censored is annoying and ridiculous, and the only things I ever really watch on the whole set are the two "Adventures in Music" shorts (both from 1953) on the Fantasia 2000 disc, and the bonus features related to the original film. I paid $50 for this set, as I did for the Ultimate Toy Box, and I thought that the Toy Box was vastly superior.

Of course now that I've expressed dislike of this almighty DVD set I'll be yelled at. It happens everytime I say I don't like the Fantasia Anthology.
