I know, really
BTW: Someone told me that an intern from England said that Hans and Anna have a song in the beginning. It's supposed to be funny with some adult humor in it. And maybe a reprise of it or another "I've Never Knew You"-like song. later on. Hmmmmmm....
I hope David Kawena end up working at Disney. What he does is amazing.

It will. Besides, we didn't even got to hear the climax. I can picture the whole scene with the song and I think it could be amazing. And if It's not, well, the movie will have a lot more songs.

The weird thing is that I do basically nothing but watching movies in my non existing life and STILL I am not exactly good at storyboarding. Well whatever. I had the urge to draw Elsa a lot and that´s what I did.
Not to start anything, but the characters look much better hand-drawn. But I think that's especially typical of human characters.
I've been listening to that "Let It Go" clip more, and I'm starting to like it (more thanks to Idina's chill-inducing vocal in the 2nd half--after "Well, now they know" onwards--since I still think the lyrics are a bit lacking, the constant beats in the background give it a climactic feeling, and I particularly like how she sings the line, "Turn away and slam the door"). I can definitely tell Lopez is behind the music; the sound definitely reminds me of some of the ballads in Avenue Q. I just hope Idina can do as good with the voice acting as she will with the music. I knew the music would be the bright point for me (whether the composer had been Menken or Lopez), so I'm not surprised the clip has got me a little excited, or imaginative at least.
Listening to most often lately:
Taylor Swift ~ ~ "The Fate of Ophelia"
Taylor Swift ~ "Eldest Daughter"
Taylor Swift ~ "CANCELLED!"
I was able to go to the D23 Expo this weekend and got to go to both the Animation panel and Frozen panel. The film looks amazing so far and I have full faith in it.
I got some pictures of the concept art and I put it up on my tumblr (there's a lot of pictures). 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8
I got the Disney Store dolls as well. Anna & Elsa Elsa Doll Details Anna Doll Details

Those are amazing! Thank you! Did you happen to take any videos of the Frozen presentations?
Videos and pictures weren't allowed during the Frozen panel, and I was only able to get pictures of Brittney Lee's presentation.
But I can try to share as much information as I can from the Frozen panel. We were shown a couple of clips from the movie, including the scene where Elsa's magic get released at the coronation ceremony.
