Minor characters you like/wish had more screen time?

Bambi's mother perhaps. Give her a name and something to do besides being motherly. It's kinda funny since though I like her and everybody cries over her death, she doesn't have much of a character to stand strong.

Anything about Mrs Goof really. Come on Disney just give me anything about her and I'll be happy. Forget your Millionth Princess Missing Mom syndrome and just give things about only this mom.

Hmm...Probably stuff with the Cheshire Cat would be good, though I think he has enough exposure as it is in the film...And even then he's just a figment of Alice's imagination. Not much to work with there.
