I've worked insanely hard to get healthier in the past year, all in hopes of getting pregnant. Looks like it finally paid off! I've always loved kids and have always wanted to be a mom!

Thanks again everyone! Just wanted to give a small update.

Everything's going well so far! I'm going on 20 weeks now, which is the halfway point. I had my first ultrasound earlier this month and found out we're having a boy, and after seeing how feisty he is we've decided we're going with a tiger theme for him (toys, decorations, shower, etc.). We've since discovered that it's hard to find tiger-themed baby stuff (everything's lions or Tiggers) but we did manage to buy him a stuffed baby tiger (an exclusive from the Disney parks, possibly a baby Rajah). We'll probably go with an overall safari theme and I'll add tiger accents where I can. Maybe I can find a Chandu plushie online? I'll probably make some wall pictures later.
Not much else to report. We're still pouring over names and haven't decided on anything yet. My aunt and cousin are in town this weekend and I'm sort of anxious to get a fresh opinion on how pregnant I look now. *pats tummy*
