A Bug's Life outtakes question

So, I've been thinking about this recently. Back in 2000, I saw on Pay-Per-View A Bug's Life which contained both set of outtakes during the end credits (by that I mean both sets were playing while the credits were playing). Now my question is, besides this, does the VHS, pre-2003 DVD editions, and Blu-ray include both sets of outtakes playing during the credits? I know the 2003 DVD (and now) the 1999 standard DVD only includes the first set and (as far as I know) the French and Japanese laserdiscs includes both sets. Any help will be appreciated.
