Short Answer: I absolutely refuse to buy/watch any film if it's not in OAR, and that includes Open Matte titles that were shown in widescreen in theaters.
Long Answer: I don't watch DVD's, but I do buy them, and every DVD I buy goes into my PC's optical drive to be added to my vudu account via Disc to Digital. It doesn't matter what format your disc is in you always get what vudu has available, and 99% of the time it is widescreen. Out of 330 movies in my account, only one is fullscreen, and they are working on getting that one fixed. So, I have bought quite a few DVD's in fullscreen to convert, but then I got them from ebay or a used bookstore for 4 bucks or less. Don't know how many, I don't care, and gave them away after conversion.
Of course none of this applies to Disney, and I have stopped buying their products until they start supporting UV.
Are there any Pan & Scan titles you refuse to buy?
