Disney Pins

I've recently become hooked on Disney pins, and after a brief fight with the Search, decided to make a thread for them.


Does anyone else here collect the various pins? I've found that, much like a lot of things Disney, it is impossible to get any without resorting to online browsing.

So far I have the Zorro pin that came in the Season 1 Walt Disney Treasures, and my friend in California bought me a really neat Chernabog pin, whose wings can extend twice.

I also have both Zorro pins from the WDT tins. I have the Fantasyland LE pin from the DMR Christmas giveaway. I have a Stitch pin I got from a member for Christmas. I have the Oswald D23 pin as well as the Pluto and Goofy D23 pins. I have the Pixar pin set from the DMR offer in 2007. Then there's the Up grape soda pin also from DMR. There's a Buzz Lightyear pin I've had since I was a kid.

I've seen several Disney pins I'd like to get, but I haven't bought too many yet (mostly because I rarely have occasion to wear pins). I liked several holiday pins they've had for Disney Villains, such as Valentine's and Christmas. I love the one of Ursula hanging ornaments on a tree of her polyps.

The only pin I have is one of Triton's castle from TLM.

Just picked up the WDT: Zorro Season 2. One more pin for my tiny collection.


Divinity, I don't think I ever have an occasion to wear pins either, but I love the idea of collecting certain ones because of the wide variety of characters. I was surfing on the website, and there's just so many characters, some of which are rather obscure (From what I have seen.)

Horace Horsecollar
Monstro
Big Bad Wolf
Elliot (Pete's Dragon)
Darkwing Duck
Scrooge
3 Pigs
Several Fantasia characters/segments
Bongo
Witches of Morva
Horned King

I'd love to get a pin for each of these characters, simply because you can't walk into the Disney store and really expect to find merchandise for them. So, for me, it's a neat way to get someone new.
