The grand total is 138 DVD releases (139 if you count the DVD copy of Lego Star Wars: The Padawan Menace) and 97 Blu-ray releases. I'll keep updating this 'til nearing New Year's Eve where I'll give the grand total.
UPDATE: I'd listed 2 Heathcliff DVDs I got last year by mistake. I still have them, but I removed them from this list. The disc tota comes to 216 DVD discs (219 if you count the DVD copy of Lego Star Wars: The Padawan Menace, the Inferno UK bonus disc, and Dreamworks Spooky Stories (the latter is also available to buy on DVD individually) and 238 if you count duplicates via the Blu-ray/DVD combo packs) and 116 Blu-ray discs.
