For some reason though, on a lot a sites, it says Aurora, but the correct answer is indeed Snow White

Atta (or are we only counting people?)

I think I might have missed one or two, but this is all I could think of. And MickeyMouseBoy already pointed out that Snow White was the first.

Well, does it actually say who was the legitimate monarch in Snow White? I know Snow White was the Queen's step-mother but who was the original royal? Did the Evil Queen marry the then King or the King marry the then Queen?

In the original fairytale there are lots of different takes on this. In some versions the Evil Queen is Snow White's real mother. In some the King marries into the royal family in a marriage of political convenience (and the Queen is jealous of her new husbands Daughter as she cannot have her own children) and in others the King is the legitimate monarch and the Evil Queen marries into the family. In some, there isn't even a royal family!

However in the Grimm fairytale version (which is classed by many as the definitive version) it is indeed the Evil Queen who marries into the royal family – making Snow White a real princess and the Queen a faux-Queen.

I'm curious, is the Queen's origin ever mentioned in the film's narrative or are we just assuming? I cannot remember.

That's a good point. I'm sure that it was the Queen who married into the royal family in Disney's version, making Snow White a legitimate royal. Either that or we're just not supposed to think about technicalities like that.

I'm going to jump ranks and ask a question.

In the original(hans Christian Anderson) version of the Little Mermaid(a horrible and depressing version IMO) Ariel is not the only person to visit the sea witch and trade something for something. What other person(s) visted the Sea Witch and what did they trade for what? (What did they give her, what did they recieve in return)

In the original Hans Christian Anderson version, the little mermaid's (she is unnamed in the original tale) sisters visit the sea witch and trade their hair for a knife. They take it to the little mermaid saying that if she kills the Prince before dawn, she will get back her tail and return to the sea to live out her full 300 years of life. If she does not, she will die and become foam on the sea as soon as the sun rises.

And yes-this version is horribly depressing (I even cried), and I'm trying to write a novel about it. Coming along well so far. Or, at least I think so.
