My Time AT Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party

This is about my time at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party this past Monday. I was dressed up as Jeremy from Phineas And Ferb while my sister & her boyfriend did not dress up. My sister & her boyfriend picked me up at 10:30 AM, and we decided to hang out in Downtown Disney for a few hours.

When we got there we decided to take some pictures of some of the stuff like Planet Hollywood, the nice Mickey Pumpkin & Characters In Flight. We then went over into World Of Disney and my gosh it is by far the biggest Disney store I've ever seen in my life. I wanted almost all of the Phineas And Ferb merchandise there. Next we went to Once Upon A Toy, and I loved that store too lots of cool stuff. We next went to the Christmas store, and I liked it in there. I wanted the Phineas And Ferb ornaments, and also the Ariel ones too. They got a personalized ornament of Mickey & Minnie. While they did that I went to The Art Of Disney, and I wanted to get the Villains drawing book as it was pretty cool.

Next we looked in some more stores and ate at Earl Of Sandwich I must say by far the best restaurant on Disney property. You will never eat a better sandwich than there. I got a BLT, and took the lettuce off as I hate lettuce. We then went back to the Christmas store to pick up their ornament, and went to the other side of DTD, and I saw the Phineas And Ferb & You set-up and it was cute. I got my picture with the topiary of them, and then we took a break, and I played some Pokemon Black 2 while doing so. At around 3:15 we decided to head out to the Magic Kingdom, and I got a picture with the Finding Nemo 3D poster. Afterwards we were headed to MK.

It was about 3:30 when got to Magic Kingdom parking. We parked in the Peter Pan section. We boarded a Monorail and we were at the turnstiles at 3:55, and we were let in right at 4:00. I took some pictures on Main Street, and then we headed to Tomorrowland and rode Buzz and watched Carousel Of Progress then after wards it was 4:45, and I wanted to meet Tiana & Naveen, so we went our separate ways, but I called or texted them throughout the night, so they knew where I was. When I got to Tiana & Naveen's Meet & Greet their line was cut, so I just decided to get ready to get in line for the Seven Dwarfs. It took me a while to find their area, but I found it at 5:10, and when they opened up their line at 5:20 I was first in line for them, so I pulled out my 3DS for a bit and talked with a few families behind me as I knew every character's location, so they asked where certain ones met.

The Dwarfs were out right at 7, and I had great interaction with them. I called each one out by name, and stood in between Sneezy & Sleepy and got my picture taken. I'm glad I was first as when I left the line was out to right under the bridge. Next I stopped in Adventureland to meet Jane & Terk I waited about 15 minutes for them. They were both very friendly. From there I got a Dole Whip for the first time and loved it then I was headed to the 1st Villains show. It was delayed 10 minutes. After the show I had a 10 minute wait for Maleficent. I commented on how lovely she looked, and she was flattered. Next I scouted out for Frollo then right when I was about to get a picture 2 kids cut right in front of me and then the handler said he had to go after he got the 2 kids. I was so mad, but said nothing as it is Disney after all. Never have I seen a more disorganized M + G, so I thought "Oh great I'm going to be backed up the rest of the night."

Oh how dead wrong I was I headed to Fantasyland, and tried getting Alice & Hatter, but was too late oh well. I found Aurora & Phillip's spot, so I knew where to go. I then saw Donald & Daisy's handle come out with them, and I followed them to their meet by the carousel. I only waited 5 minutes for them. My sister & her boyfriend regrouped with me there for a few minutes to take my picture with them. I next headed to Pooh's line, and there was at least an hour wait there, so I would get them later, so I went back to Aurora & Phillip's area. They were not back from break, so it was a 10 minute wait for them to come back then a 5 minute wait to meet them. Next I hit main street and got my pals Phineas & Ferb they were a 15 minute wait. This was by far the best interaction of the whole night when I walked up to them I gave both a hug, and Phineas noticed I had them on my backpack, and Ferb was really happy too. They took a bit to recognize that I was Jeremy, but when they did Phineas made a heart out with his hands while Ferb jumped up and down. I gave them a high five and another hug and waved bye and I was on my way to Town Square Theater to meet Mickey & Minnie.

So at TST I met Mickey & Minnie first, and that was a 5 minute wait. They were dressed as a Pirate & Princess when I met them. Another great interaction. Minnie let me kiss her, and Mickey didn't care. He was all happy to see me as Jeremy as was she. The CM in there too loved my costume and backpack. After I got them HalloWishes was going on as I came out hearing Ursula's voice, so I went and saw how long the wait for the Princesses were. 10 minutes was their wait time, so I definitely was taking advantage of that, and it was a 10 minute wait in the queue then another 5 to meet Cinderella & Prince Charming then after them I only waited a minute for Snow White & Snow Prince. I actually called him Snow Prince and said that it was a name the fans gave him as he never heard of it before. After them it was a 10 minute wait for Rapunzel & Flynn/Eugene. He was amazed that I knew his real name and said Fitzherbert after I said Eugene. All 3 pairs were fun to talk to. After them I went for Lotso at Crystal Palace, a 2 minute wait. After Phineas & Ferb he was the next best interaction of the night.I gave him a big hug and said he wasn't really evil that he's a cute teddy bear, and he just blushed and gave me a hug and a kiss. I saw Gaston & Jafar out nearby, and got both with a 2 minute wait. Gaston said he wasn't a villain, but misunderstood.

After Jafar a Villains show had just ended, so I scurried over there to see if I could get Frollo. I was successful, and since I had some time I got Captain Hook as well with a 5 minute wait. After that I went back to Adventureland to get Tarzan. Jane was still out when I got there, so I did wait through a break, but it was another 15 wait total from getting in line to meeting him. Terk was a riot this time, and after the picture I did the hand thing with him. I went back for Pooh & friends, but the line was cut, but the very helpful Character Handler said to come back at 11:15, so while I waited I got a drink at Cosmic Ray's as up until then I hadn't had anything to drink since Earl Of Sandwich. I saw Stitch's Dance show for a minute then went back to the Pooh area at 11:05, and a few people were in line, so this was a 30 minute wait all together, but much better than earlier in the night for sure.

When it was my turn to meet Pooh and friends I met Eeyore first as I know his reputation of being gloomy. I hugged him, and asked if he liked that I noticed him first, and he nodded. Next was Tigger, and he was very happy, he gave me a big hug then I got Pooh, and he was so happy. He blushed when I called him a silly ol' bear. Last was Piglet, and he really was adorable. I love him. Pooh wanted me to get in between him & Tigger for the picture. Next I wanted Jasmine & Genie, but when I got there their line was cut, so I got Duffy with a 2 minute wait, and went back to try and get Tinker Bell & Periwinkle for my Aunt, and got them with a 10 minute wait. By the time I was done it was about 11:55 and met back up with my sister & her boyfriend and we were out of there. We saw The Avengers monorail while waiting for it. Then when we got to the TTC, and were on the tram back to my sister's car, and we headed back home.

Overall I had a great time. I couldn't believe how many character M + G's I got done. It was crowded until after HalloWishes then it thinned out. My sister & her boyfriend rode rides, went Trick or Treating, saw HalloWishes & saw the 2nd parade. My mission to get as many characters as I could was successful. I would do this again for sure. My only complaint was how the handling of the Villains Mix & Mingle meets were done. It seemed like the handlers didn't know what they were doing.
