There are no recent news about Toy Story 4 as far as I know. Based on the info we got so far, I still think a new feature is coming in addition to the two TV specials.DisneyAnimation88 wrote:I've seen on Twitter today that a lot of people seem to be under the impression that a new full-length Toy Story film is in development with Finding Nemo 2.
They have more than that (not officially announced though.) There's the Untitled Film Set in Venice and the Untitled Sci-Fi Film by Mark Andrews. Of course, there are more projects in development we haven't heard of yet.DisneyAnimation88 wrote:I've said this before but Pixar has three original films in active development that, at the moment
According to The Hollywood Reporter it's tentatively slated for a 2016 release.PatrickvD wrote:Yeah the earliest we'll see this is 2017.
However, I think it'll probably be a 2017 release. 2016 will be reserved for Day of the Dead which has not been given a release date yet. Some sites had erroneously reported that it is slated for 2015. However, I highly doubt that because they reserve Fall releases for WDAS films. So unless there is gap in WDAS pipeline, Pixar won't be releasing two films in the same year.Hollywood Reporter wrote:Victoria Strouse, who wrote the 2008 Black list script The Apostles of Infinite Love, is writing the script and Lindsey Collins is producing. A 2016 release date is being eyed.
