My copy of Alice came without a slipcover. Even Pocahontas, which was pre-ordered, came without one. PatF and Tangled are currently on their way to me so I'll let you know once I get them.

Mind you, I ordered mine from Amazon.co.uk, so I don't know if it's any different with Amazon.com.

Pocahontas and Alice never had slipcovers in the UK. I've heard people getting slips from the US more than a year later though

Thanks for the info. That explains those two then. Not that I care much about slipcovers anyway.

Thank you for your reply, yes I was aware UK usually don't come with slipcovers after a little while. I bought Alice and Princess from UK and came without slipcovers. That was a year ago and I always wanted to replace them, so I decided now would be the time, haha....that's why I'm still hoping they'd come with slipcovers... :D

I suggest you use ebay. I don't think it's worth it to buy a brand new one and take the risk.

It wasn't announced. Currently, it's just a rumor:

Sweet, I got shipping confirmation today for Pocahontas from DMC. Still excited to see it in HD, even if I have to watch the second best song in the movie as a special feature only.

Can I ask you something? Do you have a Blu-ray drive on your PC?

No prob. I'm just curious to see if the US version has a higher-bit-rate-video than the European version like they did with FatH

A friend of mine does though. If I get a chance I'll take it over there and find out for ya.

Thanks a lot! I don't know if I should double-dip for the Audio commentary alone

Even though Brave hasn’t reached all countries yet, I just can’t resist sharing a few of the Blu-ray details that I asked director Mark Andrews about back in April during press day. Here’s just a few things we can expect:

• Deleted Scenes

• Alternate beginning which took place in the snow with King Fergus

• Behind the scenes footage of the crew practicing fight choreography and archery

• Footage from the research trip to Scotland

• Commentary track

I’m sure that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Expect Brave to be released on Blu-ray in November or December.

Well, PatF and Tangled arrived and they too were without slipcovers, so no good news for you there, sorry :(... I don't know if type of edition plays any part in slipcase being there or not, because these two (and Alice) are BD only editions. Perhaps only combo/combi pack editions come with slipcases now?

I agree, I think eBay's your best option, Khonnor.

On a semi-related topic, did anyone else order TLK 2 and TLK 3 from amazon.co.uk and have them come unsealed? This is the first time that has happened to me, so I had them returned, only to receive replacements unsealed too. :?

Yeh, I went ahead and ordered Alice In Wonderland (2 Disc), Princess And The Frog (3 Disc) and Fantasia/Fantasia 2000 (4 Disc) from Ebay.

At the same time, I ordered Chicken Little 3D, Meet The Robinsons 3D, Bolt 3D and Tangled 3D from Amazon.

Just to fill the wait for all these released coming in July (Treasure Planet, Home On The Range) and August (Aristocats, Pocahontas, The Rescuers, Lady And The Tramp II). God, I'm gonna be so broke! :D

The Submarine Voyage featurette is rather reassuring. There's been some rumors lately they might take remove it, the Autopia and Innoventions for new expansion space. But between how recent it is, the expense in adding it and the Blu-Ray featurette, I'm not so sure now.
