Say what you will about Ed, Edd, n' Eddy's art style, but the animation on the show itself is some of the smoothest, most characteristic ever done on a cartoon.

I agree. I never really liked Ed, Edd n Eddy but I always thought it had artistic merit. Too many of todays shows look the same and feel canned. At least this show was unique and there are two episode that I really love for some reason: "The Day the Ed Stood Still" and "Little Ed Blue". I felt they both had really good payoffs and were equally fun throughout.

Ed Edd n Eddy was a masterpiece, or at least (in the tradition of Rugrats and Spongebob, and pretty much every other cartoon in existance) the first three seasons were, then it went downhill. But I seriously hope they release Season 3 on DVD sometime soon. It's been 5 years since we got the first two seasons.

And as far as Nickelodeon goes - KaBlam. Please.

Really, I think that EEnE is one of those shows that got better as it went on. Season 1 is pretty hard to watch now in context to how far it changed in the quality of its writing and animation since. Season 5 is just a blast to watch, and the movie is one of my favorite things ever made.
