Who will be on the cover of The Muppet Show Season 5?
According to Wikipedia, both seasons 4 and 5 are due out for DVD releases in the next couple months. We've already seen a peek at the Season 4 cover, which features Gonzo, which was an obvious choice, given that Kermit, Ms. Piggy and Fozzie were featured on the covers of seasons 1, 2, and 3, respectively. So that boils down to who will be on the cover of season 5? In my opinion, there are a few options, listed from most likely to least likely.
Most likely: Scooter
Other possibilities: Beaker, Rowlf, Animal
An interesting thought: A group photo of the cast
Outside chance: Statler and Waldorf
Your thoughts?

I wouldn't expect anyone other than Animal. He's like fourth or fifth most popular, if not higher.

I'm pretty sure that Animal is even higher than that. His plushes sold out in the Disney Store as fast as Kermit and Piggy's did around the time the movie came out, and he's been given a very high amount of love in merchandise lately beyond that.
He's also my personal favorite, but even beyond that, I'm sure that his face appear on one of the covers for the upcoming sets.

I took a look. You'll notice, there is no references. When in comes to Wikipedia, unless there is a credible reference attached, take it with a grain of salt. I have yet to hear anything official from more credible sources. If they were really coming out that soon, we would know about it from other places.
That said, I have hoped that with the success of "The Muppets," we might finally see the last two season within the next few years, if not sooner.

I'm hoping this is ture but it has not be added to Disney release-calendar. So I guess we will just have to wait until April then.
