Sorry to get your hopes up, turns out it was just my reward confirmation coming in, not the shipping. I just glanced quickly at my phone and did not read the whole thing.
That's okey. Now I feel better. Disney usually takes holidays off too so I won't expect a shipping notice until at least late tomorrow. Shoulda come last week but once in a while they take a while to send things.
15 gallon 7 pint blood donor as of 1-4-11. Done donating. Apparently having Cancer makes you kind of ineligible to donate.

WAY too many points. Heck you can get a $10 movie ticket for 425 points. As if Starbucks isn't expensive enough.

Well I finally completed the task of assembling the proofs of purchase that were redeemed for the Radio Disney Tour offer. I was able to get close to 90% of the proofs from Blu-rays and DVDs that I have purchased since the DMR started in 2007. I also provided them a letter as to the missing 10%. I hope that I sufficed their needs.

Now you want to talk about quick... I mailed out my info on Monday, and it got to DMR on Thursday, and I got a call from the DMR person handling all their tours on THURSDAY NIGHT! The same day that they received all my proofs! Now that is a quick turnaround.

For those interested, I will need to come up with a number of dates so that we can coordinate different schedules for the tour. From my understanding, the person at DMR has to coordinate three different schedules of the people on the tour (such as the Radio Disney talent that we will be meeting). Someone cannot just say that they want to go on a tour on a specific date... they have to give them a number of dates. She even asked if I was open to the summer for the tour, which is perfectly fine with me since my daughters will be out of school by then, and schedules are easier to coordinate.

Was anyone else here able to get the signed Arrietty poster when it was available last Friday? I'm wondering when these will ship out. I am eager to receive it! :)

This was only my 2nd redemption after a Finding Neverland DVD a while back, which I sold on eBay because it was the full screen version.

I wish I was able to get the signed version, but I was a few hours late. :(
However my Arrietty mini-poster shipped Feb. 21.

I got one as well, but no shipping confirmation for me yet either.

I cut out the tabs from all the available DVDs and Blu-rays that I had. That actually proves to them that you own the product that you got points for. I got the impression that providing them the code receipt isn't as strong, and could create problems, because those codes could have been obtained through the secondary market as opposed to getting them through owning the DVD/Blu-ray.

I remember the confirmation said it may take up to 6 to 8 weeks to ship, but that's probably their generic statement anyway. I wonder if these were already signed by Bridgit Mendler or if they took orders and she's signing afterwards? I think she did a great job as Arrietty and I like the Disney dubs, so it's really cool to have a signed poster!

Now if I could only get Alison Lohman to sign one for Nausicaa!

I'm pretty sure Mendler signed before they took orders (like the Princess and the Frog signed poster).

Mendler did do a good job. I was really pleased with it. I'm a little disappointed that David Henrie, Amy Poehler, and Carol Burnett couldn't have taken a few minutes out of their days to sign a few posters, but this should be fine.

Still debating on whether to redeem for "Tales From Earthsea" poster. Did you guys?

I redeemed the Earthsea poster, but I haven't gotten a shipping confirmation yet. The poster looks beautiful, so I'm quite happy I redeemed it.

DMR is offering a free Blu-ray ($3.95 shipping) if you enter in 2 codes starting today.

The titles are A Bug's Life, Tinkerbell, and Bridge to Terabithia.

It looks like the A Bug's Life edition is the one in the DVD case that came with a tin from Disney Movie Club. No ideal if the tin is included.

Yep...

Luckily I hadn't entered codes yet for my past couple of purchases so I was able to redeem for Tinker Bell!
