It's a nice companion piece, but in terms of pictures it doesn't offer anything you'll haven't seen before..Mmmadelon wrote:Reinier, do you like the book Tale As Old As Time? Still doubting if I should buy it..

Hi SWillie! Correct, another VHS Edition.. I Soundtrack/litho/vhs/booklet. I bought al these VHS editions just recently in a comic-bookstore in Holland. Way to pricey..but worth every dime! I will post more pictures of those soon... Glad you like'em !SWillie! wrote:What's the giant Beauty and the Beast one? Another VHS special edition?
*edit - Just saw your first post on the last page - VERY nice collection. I love all these giant things - I've only ever seen the Snow White one! Where do they all come from? I'd love to see a picture of all of them together.

Hi Enigmawing! First of all.. I LOVE your artwork, great fan!!! Back on topic.. I believe I payed approx. 100/120 euro ($140) each.. I just had to have'emNever seen'em since so still a good buy! I missed out on a few of the laserdisc's though, those are extremely difficult to come by, even on e-bay!enigmawing wrote:I remember when those came out and not being able to afford them!REINIER wrote:Correct, another VHS Edition.Only the specialty stores had them back in the day, and they were typically $75-$100 at the time.

Ohh, nice!reyquila wrote:Heres mine. Thanks to all the kind people that enjoy looking at this threads. As the creator of this postings I can say I enjoy looking other people collections.
My kids have a lot of plushes: Marie, Lady, Nala, Simba and many others from our past visits to WDW. But there is one special plush that you'll see in these photos.
I have Region 1, Region 2 and Region 4 DVDs. All Region 1 Disney DVD animated releases!!!
Brer Rabbit!!!! Gotta love him!!

If reyquila is intending to build up a separate collection for each kid, then the multiple versions could be justified. But he has not said that's the case, and if that's not the case, then the continual double-triple-fourth dips are completely out of line.
We all joked that reyquila is the biggest Disney in the forums, but yeah the comment was out of line. If YOU think double or triple diping is bad then more power to you, but to indirectly insult a poster because he did it that's is uncalled for. reyquila is a grown adult that can do whatever he wants with his money. So to tell him what he should do and how to do it is unnecesary.PatrickvD wrote:out of line?Princess Leia wrote:The eyerolling was for the multiple versions of some movies in the pics, which are completely unnecessary and a waste of money.

I think you are the one who's out of line. Even if reyguila were to buy 124747 versions of the same film, what's it to you?
