Okay, okay. They said it was shelved. That doesn't necessarily mean that the movie will never become reality, right?

^ I hope they cancelled it for good. I didn't like the idea of a Mickey Mouse feature at all.

Dude, don't be such a Mr. Negative. Okay, sure. I can be pretty negative at times, but at least I TRY to be positive instead of being a complete pessimist!

^ I just don't like the idea of a Mickey Mouse feature. 'The Snow Queen', now that idea I like.

Well then, do you want it to be a hand drawn tv series for everybody to watch instead?

If such a show would have the 'quality' (or should I say: lack of quality) of Disney's tv shows of the past 15 years (like that atrocious Mickey Mouse Works), I'd rather not see them making it.

CURSE YOU, DISNEY EXECUTIVES!
Of course it is. :( Why would they do a 2D movie about Mickey?

Okay, let me say it like it is. Just because the movie was shelved does NOT mean that it was canceled. It just means that the project was put on hold. If it was canceled, then the movie would not be continued. At all. End of story!

I mean, really. 'Shelved' =/= 'canceled'!

But you're the one who said I was trolling when I said this was un-Disney. Now you agree with me?

This is quite disappointing. Are they seriously incapable of doing anything broadly appealing with Mickey Mouse anymore? :x

Who's Mickey Mouse? I never heard of him. Is he Disney or something?

Yes, it's shelved, not cancelled. Although nothing ever gets permanently cancelled in the film industry.

Here's how we know it's been shelved:

I dunno.. this idea never settled well with me. I wouldn't mind it being cancelled (despite the fact its hand-drawn), or atleast put to the side for right now.

Well, there's how they're acting pretty much. =/ Seriously, we only see him on Disney Jr. and Disney World and Epic Mickey. Now it's all like, "All hail, Hannah Montana!".

One thing that I hate about modern Disney is the fact they seem to churn out half baked live action shows that don't attempt to be written with intelligence or class. It just seems they just put in half butt dialogue and the audience is supposed to eat it up.I mean come on we need more qulaity shows that won't make us groan.
