I watched the Jungle Book 2 for the first time.I thought it was pretty good at first I didnt like how the voices were different since the orignal and the sequal were done so far aprt I undertsnad that it wold be hard to have the orignal voice back. Got use to it though. Although thyere was one voice that creeped me out I didnt like how the snake had Winnie the Pooh's voice thats just not right. But other than that it was groovy I enjoyed it and will pick up sometime

Actually, Kaa had Winnie's voice in the original, too. Sterling Holloway did them both back then, and Jim Cummings does them both now.

Speaking of double voice casts, I recently figured out that the voice of Merryweather is also the voice of Lady from Lady and the Tramp. Also the Dodo Bird from Alice in WOnderland is also King Hubert from Sleeping Beauty. It's fun to hear the similarities and also good for the actors since it took me a while to realize they were the same person. If I didn't know so beforehand, it would've taken me years to realize that Cogsworth, Radcliffe, and Jumba were all the same person(David Ogden Steirs). They all sound so different!

funny how they didnt sound exactley the same before to me.Thanks for the info Aaron

I just finsh watching anothe r movie that i had never seen before The Mighty Ducks. I have always seen the 2nd one I think it is on TV but didnt really get it for i had never seen the 1st one. I thought it was a great movie gave me chills and now I want to go watch a real Hockey game

Wow! Thanks for the link, Aaron! I was going to look for a thread that discussed this! There's so many more that I never noticed before like the guy I mentioned also was the White Rabbit, Smee, and Ranger Audobon. Also how Flora, the Fairygodmother, and Queen of Hearts are all the same person too! Speaking of Alice in Wonderland, it is the latest Disney movie I've just watched.

I just rented Lady and the Tramp 2: Scamps London Adventure (or something along that title) and it reminded me how much I loved the first two movies, so now I've added yet another two movies to my 'wish list'!

The Little Mermaid was the last Disney film I watched. I hadn't seen since I was a kid and it was much better than I remembered it (and I loved it as a kid!). Got the video off eBay.

Just saw Brother Bear for the first time and I agree that it is one of the most beautifully animated Disney features yet! It's also such a great heart-warming tale about brotherhood and family values.

I just watched Beauty and the Beast with my niece. Still a great movie. Oh and one more thing I know the AFI list had Beauty and the Beast as one of top 100 movie songs. But Belle and Be Our Guest are so much better.

the last Disney movie i just recently saw was Bambi on video. the only reason i watched this movie is because is when i was looking at AFI's list of greatest heroes and villians and one of the villians on the list was The Man from Bambi which was very strange so I decided to watch the movie i havent seen it since i was 7 years old.

I watched A Bug's Life on DVD last night- the first time I'd seen it since its theatrical run, despite the fact that I've had the DVD for 6 months, lol. I actually remembered most of it, so my assessment still stands: good movie, but my least favorite from Pixar.

I saw "Around the World in 80 Days" last night . . . I liked it, but I can see why it isn't getting very good reviews, as it is pretty much one giant chase/fight scene (Jackie Chan went a little overboard as 'stunt choreographer' but I can't really blame him, and I didn't get tired of it!) My only complaint is that Phileas Fogg as a character was really annoying. However, the cameos were great - I'm not going to spoil them for you, but I'm surprised Disney didn't use more of them in their advertising.

No sillier than talking clocks and candles, fairy godmothers, monster factories, or flying nannies. Besides, the Air Bud films are based on true stories (kinda)... the dog really can play basketball.
