Personally, I feel 2011 has been a bad year for Disney films and animated films. I have more faith in 2012 for both right now. That said, I would say I enjoyed from this year:
Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (I'm hoping for a really good part 5 as the pay off that for me will make or break this film)
Cars 2 (sort of)
Winnie the Pooh (Amazing!)
The Help (At least for historical reasons)
The Muppets (Possibly my favorite)

This has been a weak year for Disney films, I'll agree with that. Cars 2 was horribly disappointing, Winnie the Pooh was just "Eh", Pirates of the Caribbean 4 did not need to be made, and don't get me started on the DTV films. I cannot say I have seen The Muppets yet as I am working five days a week now and barely have the time to enjoy seeing a movie in theaters anymore.

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides (needlessly complex and convoluted, just like the other movies in this franchise)
Cars 2 (not as bad as Pirates, but the fact that Pixar made a below average film disappoints me)
Winnie the Pooh (this I enjoyed! Beautiful animation, hilarious script, ear worms of songs, even with a short length probably the best animated movie of 2011)
The Muppets (probably the best movie of the year so far despite my pro-Muppet biases)

Micheal Eisner was counting his money and he got DIZZNEY!
