I hate going through the online CS. they always send back a generic reply first. and if you are lucky they might respond to your question when you reply back.
I would call them directly. But first, did you choose the Muppets opening week option? If you saw it between the opening week dates, does it show on your tickets?
Muppet opening week option???
No, I didn't see anything like that.
I submitted my tickets on the 1st but my tickets clearly say 11/30...which was the last day for double points.
So bummed...although...I see the Stitch was well beyond my points anyway!
Hahahahahah...

I figured if the two Pooh and Tigger giggglers were 1300 odd points...that the solo Stitch giggler would be half...which it isn't...

Bizarre...just a few hundered points less for just one?
I think there was an option for it.. in the drop down box. I know for sure there was one for Winnie the Pooh.

There was an option for it, it was the only option for the movie in the drop down box opening week (It said The Muppets Opening Week), as I remember from when I redeemed. I'm sure it was changed to what it is now on the 1st

I called my dad and he told me that he received the Kermit sculpture in the mail today! Too bad I still have a week until I'm finished with finals in order to actually see it; I really do love Jim Shore's sculptures, so I'm glad that I redeemed the Kermit one :D

That 12 days of Cheer sucks. I get to work at 7:00 am, and don't have access to the internet until I get home in the afternoon. Unfair.

I think the 12 days of cheer is a really fun, great idea. It is unfortunate some are left out, though. I actually have school during that time, but i'm going to go stealth and "read my novel" on my kindle at 9:30. hehe. Hope today's is a good one!

Does anybody have a picture of the Mickey Mouse pin that was available today? I missed it =(.

(I hope my kindle can handle the site's flash graphics..)

EDIT: If anybody else is going to need to access the DMR site via their kindle (with experimental 3G), I just tried it, and the site is indeed formatted for kindle users, too.

Got my Nemo sculpture yesterday! It looks neat from what I saw, though smaller than I expected. Then again, I couldn't see much of it. I didn't want to unpack it. It was thoroughly packed, ha. I'm trying to relocate soon, so I only saw the characters' faces peeking out when I removed just a couple layers.

In addition to the previous poster's link, you'll find an alert about it (with same photo) in your Message Centre when you log into DMR. From the sounds of it, they'll have a new alert each day.

Disney Movie Rewards
Seeing double? We're happy to announce today is a DOUBLE POINTS day! Enter any eligible Magic Code, get twice the points (limit 2 titles).

Double Points Day! Only 2 items, though :(

I guess it doesn't really matter since I don't have any codes...

Thanks for posting.

This is frustrating. It is 12:03pm where I live (MD) so that means it is 9:03am PT but I still cannot see the 12 days of surprises and what the rewards are. I wonder when they will be live for me.

At least I can score double points on my 3D sets, either Christmas Carol, Tron Legacy, Cars 2, Pirates 4, Lion King, etc.
