Anyone else had problems with Disney Rewards?

Has anyone else had any shipping issues with them?/? I have called DMR twice in the past week. I redeemed my points for 3 dvds and they were shipped out on October the 4th. On October 7th and October 10th I placed 2 orders with DMC and have received BOTH! of my orders on Oct. 18th. As of today( Oct. 21st) I still have not received my package from DMR. I dont understand how two packages which both leave the same state of origin...can be so varied on their delivery time. In my inquiry to DMR I was given 3 tracking numbers to track on OSM..the last scan was on October the 8th. I contacted OSM and they explained to me that the three packages were no longer going to be scanned because they now are in the USPS system. It has now been 14 days that my shipments have been in "transit" and yet have not made it to me. I can not understand why/how TWO! orders that have basically came from the same place arrived here faster than these others. Talking with DMR, the representative I spoke with, told me that I needed to wait 6-8 weeks to see if the package was/is lost.....umm, wouldn't it be categorized as lost now?? 6-8 weeks? I certainly hope that the USPS is not using pony-express anymore...I think it is a shame that customers spend so much money in order to receive these wonderful "rewards" and yet Disney has chosen the cheapest method of delivery and then expects the customer to then wait 2 months before issuing a replacement.

Yeah, I ordered a DVD, which claimed it shipped the day of order on the website. 8 weeks later, after repeated e-mails with Disney Rewards, I again asked whether it will be arriving soon or not. They finally tell me it is out of stock and put the points back into my account. It is just frustrating and annoying, especially after saying it had shipped.

From my experience, the Nintendo Reward program is so much quicker and easier than Disney's.
